That was the weirdest press conference by a defense attorney after losing a trial I have ever seen!
He praised the jury’s verdict!
He agreed with their verdict!
He said the verdict was fair!
Is this incompetence? OR...
WAS THAT A SET-UP FOR A ‘POOR COUNCIL’ APPEAL?
DID THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY JUST FALL ON HIS SWORD?
DID THE DEFENSE JUST TAKE A DIVE?
It reminds me of Bob Uecker’s line in Major League 2: “Taylor must be thinking...I don’t know WHAT the Hell he’s thinking!”
