Not necessarily. Not unless there is a concerted purge of the Muslim Brotherhood from the military. A more likely scenario is the military fragmenting into secular versus religious. That means Egypt turns into a warlord-based conflict with outsiders taking sides and shipping in arms.
Unless Egypt gets nukes -- quite impossible -- nobody is marching on Jerusalem unless they want to end up like the Fourth Crusade.
