On December 14, 2010, Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry was conducting operations as a member of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) in the Nogales, Arizona area of operations. Agent Terry’s team encountered five individuals, at least two of whom were armed with AK-47’s, in the “Peck Well” area near Rio Rico, Arizona. These individuals were border bandits who were awaiting a drug load north of the Arizona-Mexico border. Agent Terry was mortally wounded during the exchange of gunfire and succumbed to his injuries on December 15, 2010. The weapons found at the scene of Agent Terry’s murder were later disclosed to be part of an ATF program named, Operation Fast and Furious. His murder is still currently under investigation as is the ATF for this reckless program that let guns walk.

This all happened because some undercover DEA agents got in a battle with some undercover FBI agents using guns that ATF agents forced gunshops owners to sell to undercover CIA agents who were ‘gun mules’, and Agent Terry’s unit got caught in the crossfire.
The FEDS have recently been supporting the Sinola cartel with the most undercover agents and guns, and have already opened up ARIZONA to them to use as an illegal trafficking corridor.
The deal is which ever gang wins, controls drug traffic/illegal immigrant traffic/general mayhem/rape of young girls , and gets Arizona, all under the approval and monitoring (payoffs) of the US and MEXICAN government.

I attended the Sturgis Falls parade today in Cedar Falls, IA. Our senator, Chuck Grassley, was in the parade and people clapped vigorously when he came by. I have to assume that it was partly due to his involvement with the Fast and Furious investigation. When the Obama sign came by I only saw one couple clapping.
I wish I could attend. Hopefully, Fox News will cover it.
With all due respect to you. This case is complicated enough. You may be on to something but lets get through this first. Who knows the road just may lead in that direction. After what I have seen so far this would not surprise me one bit.

FBI Criminal Informant Complicit in Brian Terry’s Death (PJM Exclusive)

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) — through its own CIs and communications intercepts — was also aware of the planned assault.
Neither the DEA nor FBI warned Border Patrol about the expected criminal activity.

The federal government will still not reveal if one of the two WASR-10 AK-pattern semi-automatic rifles located near the scene — provided to the Sinaloa cartel via Operation Fast and Furious — was the weapon that put a bullet through Brian Terry’s heart. The existence of a third recovered gun, an SKS carbine, has been disputed by the FBI despite the fact it had been talked about openly in the beginning of the investigation among federal agents.
Multiple sources tell PJM that this third weapon “disappeared” because it was the weapon carried by the FBI CI who ran the rip crew. When it was recovered near the scene of the murder and subsequently traced by the ATF, it traced back to the FBI CI via the gun shop in Texas where it was purchased.
Brian Terry’s murder was entirely preventable. The incompetence of the DEA and FBI let his Border Patrol unit walk into an ambush. After the ambush, it appears the FBI tampered with evidence to cover up that one of their informants was involved with the murder of a federal agent.
