Cummings asked by Wallace if he would keep his promise to the Terry's (parents) that he would not rest until he got to the bottom of this.

Cummings changes the topic to how he had a nephew slaughtered in his district (probably black on black crime) and states that there is no evidence that Terry was killed by a F&F weapon.
