In a poll taken by The Hill after last week’s assertion of executive privilege by Barack Obama in the Operation Fast and Furious probe, only 29% of likely voters supported Obama’s move to block access to Department of Justice documentation, while a clear majority disapproved:
A clear majority of likely voters believes President Obama has exercised his executive power inappropriately — particularly in blocking the release of documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious, according to a new poll for The Hill. …
The Hill Poll found that likely voters disapproved by an almost 2-to-1 margin of Obama’s assertion of presidential power in the case. Overall, 56 percent of voters disapproved of his action, while only 29 percent approved.
The news is even worse among independents, and it’s not exactly a slam-dunk among Obama’s base, either:
The defense is not proving an easy sell with voters, particularly independents.
Sixty-one percent of independents said they disapproved of the president’s actions, and just 25 percent approved. Among Republicans, opposition to the president’s use of executive privilege was more entrenched at 78 percent.
Even 28 percent of Democrats, and 30 percent of self-identified liberals disapproved of Obama’s position.

Hillary wont run as VP, she would not hitch herself to that administration for 4 more years if she was gonna run in 2016, she’d only listen if they dumped his sorry butt and put her up in 2012 instead, there is still time for them to pull that switch.

During the Bush Presidency, in March 2007, the University of Chicago Law School published an article on its website stating the standard to be met by Bush's claims of "Executive Privilege." The author is given as "sunstein." The Univ. of Chicago Law School's website states that Cass Sunstein was a faculty member from 1981-2008 ( Link-1, Link-2 ). The standards include the follow excerpt:
8. ...The privilege is limited to “communications authored or solicited and received by members of an immediate White House adviser’s staff who have broad and significant responsibility for investigating and formulating the advice to be given to the President on the particular matter to which the communications relate.”...According to those standards, how can Obama claim both "Executive Privilege" and his non-involvement in the false flag operation called "Fast and Furious?" The dems can’t pull that switch without branding themselves as racists UNLESS they are willing to throw him behind bars for one or some of the illegal acts he has committed sine becoming muslim in chief. An accident on the otherhand after the elections, well, wouldn’t that be just dandy for hillary?
In the same time frame, Bowbama went from -14 Approval to -22 Approval at Rasmussen. Overall approval went from 47% to 44%. Don’t know what Gallup’s poll is all about.
No indication from the Gallup site... but just four days ago, his approval was at 43%.
True. But....it's as if this regime could care less, though. Hmmmm.
Margin of error, small sample size. Don’t put a lot of stock in the daily Gallup.

Someone was commenting recently on how Hillary seems to have “changed” .... letting her hair down (literally & otherwise), slovenly appearance, having fun (out dancing, drinking beer), etc. She has said she won’t serve in an Obama 2nd term if he gets one. IF Hilliary is ‘smart’ (and she is, unlike Obummer), she will distance herself from his administration. She won’t be VP to a guy who is going to go down in history as the person who caused the collapse (or came close) of the US - she’d never get rid of the stink from the close association. I just don’t see it. I think there are enough Dems out there running from Obama that they will want to ‘preserve’ Hillary for 2016 where I think she would likely win if Romney wins & does what I think he’ll do (actually, more like ‘not’ do). The skanky appearance these days is to let folks know visually how ‘hard’ she’s working and to keep people thinking she no longer has political aspirations. Bill is frantic to get back in the WH before he kicks the bucket (not looking too good these days either) but I don’t think it would bother Hillary one bit to be in the WH without him if Bill doesn’t make it another 4 years. Just my musings this morning on one cup of coffee ....

I suspect Issa Already has copies of the documents he is seeking from the administration. He knows the dates, times and authors of those documents and the administration knows it. Issa is demanding documents and knows what those will mean. They are screwed because he knows that they are basically a kin to murder. Their logic for this program can not be explained any other way. They will have to resign.
Even the journ-o-list that was so impressed by a crease in Obama’s pants in ‘08 is not impressed with his judgement in 2012...

I agree. I particularly don’t think she would make a run in 2016. She’s ready to stay home, be out of the limelight.
My guess is that the 29% who backed 0bama’s executive privilege assertion as the mind-numbed robots who would back Clinton, Carter, and think that FDR was a fantastic president and don’t think twice about supporting 0bama because he has a (D) behind his name. Just my opinion.

Easy, you poll during church services when most Republicans are not at home to answer the phone, or have their cell phones turned off during services.
Obama’s approval/disapproval rating at Rasmussen dropped from the -12 to -16 level it had been running for weeks to -22,-22,-22,-20 the past four days, immediately following his executive privilege announcement. It hurt him, badly.
This was from three days ago...
