The DC Elite have based all their plans on a role of the dice that includes

A population of 1 billion in the USA. Only happens with a flood from the Southern Border. They want the power of 435 “managing” a billion...and they perceive that number as the solution to their fiscal foolishness.

Thanks. Looked on the website, and it looks like I can listen when I get time. Didn’t see transcripts available. Very interested in what he has to say. I have had some serious concerns about Roberts. If he is in fact writing the majority decision with Kennedy it can go either way. Kennedy is like the wind, and Roberts’ decisions come as puzzling at times. The latest being the Arizona immigration decisions.
One can always count on Scalia. He is a rock solid constitutional scholar and judge.

You are absolutely correct. Let me know what you think after you have time to listen to his thoughts.

Apparently, Roberts is writing the Per Curiam opinion (source: SCOTUSblog, WashPost, Ace of Spades) on tomorrows decision...one website (Ace of Spades) is speculating that Ginsberg is writing the dissent. I am cautiously optimistic.

Roberts did not write the Per Curiam opinion, Kennedy did.

I pray that you are correct. roberts cannot however, justify his opinion on the Arizona law and still believe in the Sovereign State. Pitiful decision. I still hope that you are correct and that I am wrong.
