RUSH: So the regime is using the Department of Homeland Security to punish Obama's enemies. I saw a great phrase at a blog post on PJ Media: Obama went "Soviet" on Arizona. Let me read to you from that post. "This is a political maneuver designed to punish Arizona, which" had the audacity... I mean, what is this really all about? Obama is not enforcing immigration law. Arizona is falling apart. A responsible governor says, "All right, well, we're going to write some laws to give us the ability to enforce the border ourselves."
And you don't do that to a solipsistic, narcissistic little man-child like Barack Obama.
You just don't do openly challenge the King like this!
So Barack Obama turned around and sued Arizona. "Who in the hell do you think YOU are? You want to enforce immigration law? Okay, let me show you what's going to happen to you. I'm going to tell you we're not going to enforce immigration law and I'm going to take you all the way to the Supreme Court, and I don't care what happens to your state!" And that is exactly what happens. And so Arizona is being punished. Now, they might want to say this is political punishment but it has real world consequences.
Crime. Property value loss. Economic calamity.
It's an absolute disaster. So while this may be traditional ol' political punishment, there are horrible real world consequences attached to it. Arizona is already reeling from the lawlessness on its border with Mexico. And as I said: It's abundantly clear now that Obama has given up winning Arizona. He doesn't care. He's written it off. Now he's going "Soviet" on it to make an example to every other state, by the way. And do not discount that. This is a message to every other state on the border: "The same can happen to you if you try this stunt!
"You go overboard defending your border or you challenge me and how I want to defend the border (or not), and this will happen to you too!" It's good old fashioned, political, Soviet-style intimidation. Barack Obama has kicked Arizona out of whatever is left of the federal government's border enforcement. And in the process, what has Obama -- in real world consequences -- just done here? Obama has sent a special delivery FedEx or UPS to smugglers and traffickers and criminals of all kinds that Arizona is wide open.
Come on in, gang!
Nobody here to stop you!
And not only that, if somebody wearing a police uniform in Arizona does try to stop you, guess what? We're gonna get a phone call from some of our buddies on the ground and guess who's going to jail? The cop! So come on in! Forget New Mexico. Forget California. Forget Texas. Make a beeline for Arizona. We have cleared the decks for you. In fact, we would encourage you to try to get picked up by a cop, because we want the cop punished.
We have people who are going to be spying, making sure that if a cop stops you for any reason whatsoever and demands your papers, he gets his. We're going to make sure we hear about it, and that cop is finished. So come on in! Arizona is wide open for all of you. That's the sucker punch. So this puts the law back on hold. It's a green light to anybody who wants to sneak into Arizona from Mexico all day long.

RUSH: I want to read you the final paragraph of this post from PJ Media. I don't know the name, I don't know who posted it. "We have a remarkable president on our hands. He openly defies the defined obligations of his office, then crafts new abilities to strike out at the states that he dislikes, imposing energy famines," as in drilling on oil in the Gulf of Mexico, the Keystone pipeline ban, energy famines. He abets "lawlessness in the name of his warped worldview. It’s hard at the present time to regard the union of our United States as such. It doesn’t very united when Obama’s Washington keeps acting like a hostile occupier."
That's what the writer of this post means when he says that the government went all "Soviet" on Arizona. We don't have a presidency. We're occupied. We're not led. We're not unified.

There is term for it...lawfare. The muzzies use it big time. Guess what, the illegals are going to start suing the cops and cities when they are “profiled”.
Voters in Phoenix, Tuscon and other cities should start voting out all the liberals and underhanded Republicans who are supporting the sanctuary city policy.
Sue, sue, sue! Anytime Americans are harmed in any way, they should sue the illegals, the sanctuary cities or the businesses that hire them. I wish some smart lawyer would come up with some way to sue LaRaza.

It seems to me that the Federal Government has seceded from the Union, declaring that the is no "union" anymore, and that it is instead replacing the union of states in a federal system, with a central government and no states.
It’s the whole scheme... tell Mexicans how nice you are while beat Americans in the name of fairness for Mexicans.
Obama is getting away with it, whether it is illegal preferencial treatment or Fast and Furious, the American friends of Mexican are getting hurt by Obama in the meantime behind the scenes in countless persecutions. Mexicans are told to look the other way.
Meanwhile the GOP is still without leadership and cannot get a government together to call these actions ruinous and divisive.
Maybe Obama is convinced then that Mexicans are just as utterly evil as he is, or he is leading them into his circle of congenial hatred of anything American...
Maybe Obama is going to turn out to be the antichrist of sorts after all in this second phase of him, actualy converting people to the religion of his father, satan, that is.
I'm sure Obama’s Arab friends are delighted. Should be a bunch coming over from Egypt any day.
Obama has actually had Muslim Brotherhood in his office.
I thought it was horrifying what Lewinski and her buddy Clinton had going on in the Oval Office. Never would I have thought Muslim Brotherhood would be in the Oval Office.

4. Arizona has a LOT of ‘friends’ that would just LOVE to be invited for a vacation to the owners of the properties along the border.
5. I believe it is LEGAL to shoot varmits in Arizona.

At least 3 of our presidents—Clinton, George W. and Obama cooperated with Mexico, it is a win-win as far as Mexico and our political/corporate power structure is concerned. Mexico gets rid of many of its poor, it get lots of money from illegals, Democrats get lots of new voters, some businesses like the cheap labor and all too many Republicans are eager to get donations from those same businesses. Illegal immigration is the Rosetta Stone of American corruption. It connects all the different parties that are involved in American style corruption which is much more cleverly disguised than that third world kind of corruption.
I would love to declare war on Mexico, but how can we declare war on Mexico when our leaders of both parties are up to their necks colaborating with Mexico?
We really have to start cleaning out the barn, if we are ever going to stop this invasion. I have come to the conclusion that many Republicans are nothing but frauds, even though they may be likable and speak of conservative values. Conservative values didn’t stop George W. from selling out his country to illegal aliens. We have to look deeper than their surface “conservatism”.
Demographic invasion is still invasion. They don’t have to be carrying guns and driving tanks to be invaders.
We are all tied up in knots because we cannot stand to talk about anything that has to touches on race. If we complain about illegal immigration we are called racists. We have fallen into the “nation of immigrants” trap to the point where immigration has become a form of political idolatry. Even many of our religious leaders are guilting us into giving them amnesty just one more time. Never mind that the amnesty of 25 years ago is what has brought us to the point we are at now with probably 20 to 30 million illegals in our country. Even Focus on the Family, Pat Robinson, and the Southern Baptist leader Richard Land are siding with the dream act. Mario (I want to be the first Hispanic president) Rubio is using the Hispanic vote to build up his power base.
Most of the illegal aliens are single—kick them out! As far as the children of illegals, they need to individually go to immigration lawyers to see what can be done. I think that is the way it should be done. We cannot get involved in all of the personal problems of the illegals. They knew they were breaking the law all the time that they were here. If some of their families are split up — tough luck. Isn’t that what happens to ALL immigrants? When you immigrate you cannot avoid the fact that you are moving away from your family. They have nothing to complain about since all immigrants have had to leave parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles and old friends. When you immigrate to another country, you cannot bring everybody you know with you.
