Barack Obama seems completely obsessed with systematically legalizing illegal immigration. The United States borders a failed narco-state that is one of the most crime-ridden nations on the entire planet, but Barack Obama refuses to secure the border and the consequences for the American people have been absolutely catastrophic. Right now it is already costing us tens of billions of dollars a year to provide welfare for illegal immigrants and to educate their children in our public schools. Right now illegal immigrants are already working millions of jobs that should belong to American workers. Right now Mexican drug cartels are already active in more than 1,000 U.S. cities. But apparently that is not good enough for Barack Obama. He wants to roll out the red carpet and give the green light to tens of millions more illegal immigrants. Last year, Obama issued a list of 19 factors for government officials to use when deciding whether to use "prosecutorial discretion" in deportation cases. In essence, under that new set of rules criminals and "national security threats" were to be deported and virtually everyone else was to be allowed to stay. But now Barack Obama has taken things to a whole new level. Now, if you are under the age of 30, came to the United States under the age of 16 and have lived here for at least five years you will be able to apply for legal status and a work permit. With the election less than 6 months away it is obvious that Barack Obama is pandering for votes. But this kind of "banana republic politics" is only going to divide America even more deeply and is going to result in some very serious pain for this nation in the years ahead.
So will these things happen if Mitt Romney does the same?
Uh sorry I don’t know if I’d go that far, I think the guy just hates the United States at his core, and wants to see our way of life dismantled. He also wants to retain power, whatever the cost.
The result of his amnesty is that the foreign occupation is no longer isolated to sanctuary cities. The foreigners are allowed to spread to any city USA and multiply.
Spread the wealth.
He would, is, knows it, and isn't sorry. |
Most of the drugs in this country are coming from Mexico. Considering that there are millions of drug users in this country, the Mexican cartels have to have thousands of illegal alien gang/cartel members working to distribute the drugs to thousands of American cities. Dream Act my a$$!
There are many illegals that are street gang members, many use fake documents or sell fake documents, many of their ethnic stores are fronts for criminal enterprises and food stamp fraud, they engage in insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, use hospitals and don’t pay bills, steal welfare benefits—in general they are sponges and they need to leave.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not that it makes a huge difference, but my M.A. is in Latin American Politics, and my thesis was on the political culture of corruption in Mexico. Even I, a serious pessimist even 15 years ago when I wrote my thesis, would not have predicted how bad the narco problem would become in Mexico.
They are very close to a failed state, and the violence will continue to creep across our border. It’s a question of how much of it - and giving what amounts to an amnesty to the illegals here now, only opens the door for the cartels to become bolder each day.
If Romney pursues the same policies of allowing illegal immigration to go unchecked and the laws unenforced, the sky is the limit for the growth of narco-fueled corruption and violence in the US.
I can think of only one thing that will happen, another mexican-american war, with the border states declaring it, and being at the forefront of it. The feds would be powerless to do anything about it, or more likely, would side with the mexicans and kill their own citizens. Their actions as of late would suggest the latter scenario would be the most likely one. I would suggest for California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas to tell the feds to get f!@#?d, if they refuse to do the job they’re paid to do, then they’ll do it for them, and tell the feds they won’t get a single nickel from them until they live up to their Constitutional obligations. That’s how it works, if the feds won’t uphold their end of the bargain, then they are deemed useless, and the states should act accordingly.
No.
Barack Hussein Obama has been terrible president.
But to say he wants GENOCIDE of the white race????
That is a step....
I can’t see Romney going after the states with a vendetta the way Obama has.
What I think we should do is focus on today's pResident. Unless we do there's no telling what Romney or any future President would do and how they would choose to push foward their agenda (whatever that may be).
If we ignore the practices of this pResident then it's a message to all future Presidents. That message is "if you can't do it legally, by-pass Congress. If it's unconstitutional, do it anyway and say 'it's the right thing to do', if the Supreme Court decides against it, ignore their decision.
So, really. Right now it does not matter what Romney would do. What matters is HOW he would do it and how he does it depends on whether or not we allow this pResident to continue to set precedent with his stomping on the way our system worked up until 2008.

ah thanks!
Don’t you think that the open border is what made the narco state of Mexico errupt like a volcano? The open border allowed thousands of cartel members to enter the heart of the USA setting up a vast drug network. That and the human trafficking cartels have been enriched by the billions of dollars which empowers them to take on the Mexican government. Today Mexico is very much like Columbia was twenty years ago.
I’m definitely not an much of a supposed expert as I might have fancied myself when I wrote my thesis, but it does seem that this explosion coincided with both the closing of the Caribbean route of coke from Colombia, as well as the whole NAFTA thing.
Ah that and the military campaign in the late 90s/early 2000’s that helped curb the narcos in Colombia.
The people arguing how inhumane our immigration policies are don’t have a clue how bad things are right now. I wonder how they’d feel if headless bodies started hanging from bridges here on this side of the border? That’s a foul thought, but could end up happening.
