I called Devin Nunes’s office yesterday to bitch about the discriminatory practice of Napalitano/0bama treating the citizens of Arizona differently from the citizens of the other 49 states by removing Arizona's 287G agreement. I asked him to consider impeachment for not providing equal treatment of the “Citizens of the United States” making it impossible for Arizona to comply with the 14th Amendment and provide the same equal protection under the law being provided to other states.
I also asked his Congressional aide to ask him to quit Playing around with Holder and this “Contempt of Congress Crap” and just charge him with criminal offenses on the following grounds:
1.) International Law was broken shipping firearms into a country where firearm ownership is prohibited except for police and military and may also violate United Nation agreements.
2.) A reported 2,000 firearms traveled across state lines for sale and violated Interstate Commerce Law.
3.) Firearms shipments need government approval and an export license.
4.) Not one “Yellow Sheet” was created for any of 2,000 guns which violated federal law and the Gun Control Act of 1968.
5.) Not one federal “Insta-Check or background check was done. That's 2,000 MORE individual counts of law breaking
6.) Failure to keep records of firearms ownership.
7.) No 3 Day waiting period was observed.
8.) Aiding a criminal enterprise obtain illegal weapons.
9.) Criminal conspiracy.
Probably more crimes if you and I had committed, would be indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced for in a federal pen for doing.
Call your congressman YES but chew their ear a bit. After all, when the government and criminals won't obey the law, why should anyone else.
Contempt of Congress hell. Charge them with any or all of the above and perp walk them into a criminal court in handcuffs and legirons.
You can probably include Mail Fraud and Tax Fraud.
But since it’s the government, well....

I’ve been suggesting that for a while - the Mexican government should indict him on several hundred counts of Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide (or the Mexican equivalent thereof) and send in an extradition request.
Google Santiago Creel. He’s a Mexican politician and seems a fairly good guy. He’s begun an effort to hold the US accountable for F&F and Holder specifically. I believe it is largely a campaign ploy but if it works to get Holder, it works for me.
Hang Holder on his crimes, and everyone else who has fingerprints on this illegal game.

8. Eric Holder refused to prosecute the New Black Panther party for voter intimidation, fraud and electioneering (dereliction of duty).

I believe the federal 3-day waiting period is for handgun sales, only. Weren't most or all of the guns involved in F&F rifles, which wouldn't fall under the “3-day waiting period” criteria?

Start off with perjury, then wire fraud, go to conspiracy, then conspiracy to commit murder, then facilitation of murder, accessory to murder (200+ counts right there), to subversion and treason. And the fave 'gotcha' for the Feds -- Lying to hinder a federal investigation.
And if found guilty on all counts he could face about 1,000 years in prison given the maximum on all counts. I'm not joking, iirc the max sentence handed down in the US in recent times has been 1,200+ years (that pertained to multiple murder count convictions). So Holder 'resigning' or just leaving office when Barry loses isn't enough. The new AG has to go after him and hard. With someone like Patrick Fitzgerald prosecuting.

Actually they might have been done and purposely falsified to facilitate the sales. That brings the FBI into this criminal conspiracy and since they are under the authority of the DoJ it comes right back around to Eric Holder. If that's how it went down who authorized the FBI to falsify NICs requests?
I have not seen a list of the type of firearms but it isn’t unheard of for the cartel to use submachine guns like UZI’s and machine pistols like the MAC-10. If any of these were a TRUE assault rifle capable of select fire then there’s CLASS III firearms violations and a ton of regs that were broken.
I believe the Brady bill was repealed and that did have a federal waiting period of 5 days. Every firearm should have complied with state waiting periods anyway. In California that’s 10 days.

I believe for any crime to be a felony it must have OVER [1 yr. + 1day] of minimum jail time connected to it. If convicted for 1 count per firearm, that’s over 2,000 years in prison. Serving the required minimum on each felony conviction (80%) he’d be eligible for parole about 1,600 years from now.
