I have a special request for everyone.
I have a favor to ask.
I would strongly advise EVERYONE to get their concealed carry as soon as possible.
We may all need it.
Well, I’m a Californian but am neither a politician nor a movie star. So I’m screwed..
both hubby and I have one and have for a long time...
There is a very serious reason for this request. I would rather not say right now but it is imperative that everyone who can, get their CW permits.
Allow me to offer my heartfelt condolences to all my fellow Freepers and fellow (remaining) Americans who have undergone the loss of weapons in recent boating mishaps.

You know it is a shame we have had so many accidents. Maybe we need some boating training or something. Nawwwww
Getting your concealed carry? REALLY?
SCOTUS and entire Federal government of the United States of America JUST DECIDED that we are no longer free people. Why on God’s good green Earth would you want to get LICENSED to do something? They’ve demonstrated that they can legislate away your rights.
Why would you get a concealed permit? When the shit hits the fan, no one’s gonna give a good God damn if you have a concealed carry permit. You have a gun on your person? Immediate internment camp if not shot on sight.
This is the death knell of Liberty folks. It’s over. Final nail is flush to the coffin top. Dirt is about to be piled on us.
Get armed.
If ANYTHING, Steve, LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR FIREARMS! Avail yourself of any tactical training you can get. Concealed carry permit means nothing at this point.
The rule of the law, THE VERY CONSTITUTION, is abrogated. The dam wall is broken. A very large mass of tyranny is flowing down the valley directly at us. A concealed carry permit would be as useful as floaties and a rubber dinghy.
We have the permits, and we live in MA! Now we have to get the weapons, and start practicing!
They have just blatantly ignored a fundamental right, that to not buy that which we chose not to.
The Right to Keep and Bear arms is just as fundamental.
Now the SCOTUS has made the Federal Government and the health care industry the equivalent of a protection racket.
What part of "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" (unalienable rights) did these pikers miss?
Damn these criminals, one of whom should have recused herself (check out the connections between Kagan and Obamacare). This vote is illegitimate, the legislation (pass it so you can find out what is in it) is illegitimate, and so is the bastard in the white hut.
If he wants to prove me wrong on that, then produce the documentation and prove his presidency isn't illegitimate, too.

Folks there IS a reason to get your concealed carry. It will further enforce the fact that we have a right to carry. Yes it is playing by their games but we need the carry to raise the issue of depriving us of our second amendment rights.
I think this ruling and the one Tuesday move us several steps closer to April 1861 again.
Hell, one more ruling like this and I just may have to root the Cartel spotters out and take over their caves.

Why get CC permit? To make sure you’re in the government data base as a gun owner?
Why do we need to get a permit from the government to do what we have an inalienable right to do anyway?
The second amendment is your concealed carry permit. It's too bad the Constitution has been ruled unconstitutional.
Just get a gun and lots of ammo. It's your right. I believe it has become a duty.

The law is NOTHING anymore. We are no longer a nation of laws.
The Constitution, the very reason for the existence of this country and her laws, has been destroyed. The highest court in the land, the very court that you say would provide you with legal cover, has ruled that the Constitution is meaningless.
We’ve taken the final step down the road toward tyranny. The rope’s been pulled back up the cliff. We’re walking down a path that cannot be reversed. Laws mean nothing anymore.
