Will Mark Levin blow a gasket ? Will he be depressed or on heavy medication?
Legal precedent is set for perpetuity now. The Govt. can do literally, ANYTHING to you. Wickard v. Filburn was the 1st step, the ObamaDeathCare USSC ruling was the coup de grace.
We do know he has quoted John Locke on many occasion including his published works so let`s review what Locke said regarding out of control government:
" Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience, and are left to the common refuge which God hath provided for all men against force and violence.
And thus the community perpetually retains a supreme power of saving themselves from the attempts and designs of anybody, even of their legislators, whenever they shall be so foolish, or so wicked, as to lay and carry on designs against the liberties and properties of the subject
But if a long train of abuses, prevarications and artifices, all tending the same way, make the design visible to the people, and they cannot but feel, what they lie under, and whither they are going, 'tis not to be wondered, that they should then rouse themselves, and endeavour to put the rule into such hands, which may secure to them the ends for which government was at first enacted.
The legislature acts against the trust reposed in them, when they endeavour to invade the property of the subject, and to make themselves, or any part of the community, masters, or arbitrary disposers of the lives, liberties or fortunes of the people"
Locke felt people are slow to act and pointed out that "rebellion" meant a RETURN to lawful government. It was the government that first rebelled against the people and it was the people putting down this rebellion.
It was, as Locke contended, the Right of the people to put down unlawful government in rebellion, unlawful in that it has violated the trust and the law of nature, leading to Statism, rebellion and dissolution.
I REALLY want to hear his take.
I fear for his health. This may well push his heart over the edge.
Maybe Mark will give us a sneak peak if he checks in...
Can’t wait to hear!
He will say we ARE in Ameritopia but not with full-blown results yet. We have just burned our Constitution. The Marxists own all three branches of government. We are now in a Marxist tyranny and they are in the process of closing their fist.
(Just a guess).
I’m not expecting any talking head to tell me the necessary steps to secure the republic in the face of inevitable bloodshed. To do so, they’ll get charged with armed insurrection and sedition.
He supported Roberts. What can he do? Apologise?
Does the proverbial bear.......oh, never mind.
My thoughts as well. Reading the news this morning damn near croaked me, and I’m healthy.
Levin’s forceful support of Hatch (which i believed saved his Senatorship) was mainly referenced to his support of Supreme Court nominees... so i say, in regards Justice Roberts, since allot of current venom is at Bush’s appointing JRoberts;
THE Senator supporter at time of nomination:
Former Senator Fred Dalton Thompson helped to promote Roberts nomination.

The usual. He will do just like us, scream at the wind. He will rant and rail and strongly suggest voting the bastards out of office. He will tell how he is filing lawsuits and all that rot but at the end of the day he will do what we do... wring our hands.
That ain’t going to cut it.
Anthony Kennedy said the ENTIRE law was unconstitutional. Roberts has been compromised in some way or he is incompetent or has “get along” disease. He is forever marked. Mark will say what he has been saying which is hoping 1 justice will vote on our side to preserve our liberty is scary. We either nut up and fight against all of our instituions, judical, executive, legislative or we die.
last friday, before this news today, Mark said it was already too late to fix our country.
He said gave a rare talk, before a group of conservative leaders...
Maybe he had a premonition, because he specifically said it was too late, because of the courts...
even if laws are passed to fix things, the courts overturn them.
Mark Levin now tha tis funny, I lost respect for that fat coward when he never reported on the NBC because he is afraid.
He is right there with Roberts IMHO.
It will be one for the American archives I’m sure. His show is on in my area delayed starting at 9pm, but I’m not waiting. I’m firing up the computer at 6pm to catch it live online.
I lied I am listening, to my good friend, if you ever meet Mark he acts as he has known you all his life. One great guy.
I’d say Levin is blowing a gasket.
The Court asked for argument on four issues presented by the statute. Roberts decided the case on a fifth issue, never argued.
