This should have been argued before the Supreme Court. It violates “equal protection” and pu the Govt in the position of choosing “wimming religions”
Also, “undocumented aliens” are specifically noted as being also exempt....bet most people didnt know that.
Law also establishes “minority affairs” offices within the HHS. I bet, that in the near future, people are going to be in a battle for a life saving kidney transplant and the minority will get the kidney because they have advocates for their interests established within the law.

I may be wrong, and if I am I’m sure I’ll hear about it, but I believe now that failing to sign up for obamacare is a tax, NO COMPANY can be exempt from it.
The salience is deafening. The law is a stinking pile and the know it, but because of this political support they get a choice and the rest of get our nose shoved into the stinking pile.

My stepdad, who lived in a Western European country under socialized healthcare, died a few months ago from a misdiagnosis and subsequent mistakes that were made during treatment. When my mother confronted the doctor, he basically told her that yes, mistakes were made, and he was sorry. He also told her he was unable to spend more time on my stepdad because he had so many other patients to tend to. Yes I kid you not.
Then get this. My sister, who lives in the same country, is 40 and suffers from severe endometriosis to the point where she’s doubled over from pain once a month. She has begged her doctors for a hysterectomy to be done with it. She has been told she cannot get a hysterectomy because she’s not at the right age yet. Instead she takes 15 painkillers daily that they prescribe freely when it’s that time of the month which results in severe constipation and other nasty stuff.
If democraps think this is not going to happen to them, they’ve got another one coming. To them, I say “Have at it, morons. You asked for it” .
Was the waivers even part of the case? Because that should make it illegal. Then again, so does making anyone buy insurance.
It’s useless to make any rational arguments about this. Deals were made, pockets were filled, and we were crapped on. This government is so far out of control it’s amazing. This is going to be one hell of hole to climb out of. We need this idiot out of office in November.
