Would those waivers really hold now since it is a tax? How could just some businesses/organizations be exempted?

I could be wrong but I thought that back in the days when we had the rule of law that a TAX had to be waived by Congress.

I figure that shared misery is the least that we can ask for.

Romney might consider granting waivers ONLY to States that vote for him.....

Cancel ALL prior waivers!!!!

It's probably because Polosi's district is in California which is so business friendly that a disproportionate number of companies are located there. [yes, that was sarcasm]

The House needs to pass a bill and send it to the Senate eliminating the waiver provision in Obamacare. That would set the stage for everyone feeling the financial pain from Obamacare and will lead to its REPEAL by the next Congress.
