"Come after" doesn't imply simply collecting the fine. It implies collect the tax and then audit the last five years of your returns.

How far this nation has fallen in so short a time. There is a sliver of me that envies the large part of our population who are blissfully aware of all of this, because they are focused on Dancing with the Trash Pickers or whatever is on cable television tonight, which celebrity was caught naked or some sports team competing for a shiny trophy. Instead, I have this subtle, consistent nausea mixed with rage as I wonder how many years my life will be shortened because of this Obamacare monstrosity (I have a latent condition that will make me a prime candidate for death panel rejection).
