NY TIMES INVESTIGATES ADOPTION RECORDS OF SUPREME COURT NOMINEE'S CHILDREN

**Exclusive**

The DRUDGE REPORT has uncovered a plot in the NEW YORK TIMES' newsroom to look into the adoption of the children of Supreme Court Nominee John G. Roberts.

The TIMES has investigative reporter Glen Justice hot on the case to investigate adoption records of Judge Roberts’ two young children, Josie age 5 and Jack age 4, a top source reveals.

Judge Roberts and his wife Jane adopted the children when they each were infants.

Both children were adopted from Latin America.

A TIMES insider claims the look into the adoptions are part of the paper's "standard background check."

Roberts’ young son Jack delighted millions of Americans during his father’s Supreme Court nomination announcement ceremony when he wouldn’t stop dancing while the President and his father spoke to a national television audience.

Previously the WASHINGTON POST Style section had published a story criticizing the outfits Josie’s and Jack’s mother had them wear at the announcement ceremony.

One top Washington official with knowledge of the NEW YORK TIMES’ plans declared: “Trying to pry into the lives of the Roberts’ family like this is despicable. Children’s lives should be off limits. The TIMES is putting politics over fundamental decency.”

One top Republican official when told of the situation was incredulous. “This can’t possibly be true?”

Rush said something about a paper he had that suggested someone used "pressure" on Roberts to uphold the massive Obomatax bill? He didn't say what paper he had, though.

I wonder if there was a problem with his childrens paperwork? I'm sure he loves his kids dearly , and definitely wouldn't want to lose them because of a technicality.

I think it had something to do with questions the country of origin of his adopted children.

The adoption may be quite legal but if the birth parents showed up claiming they wanted the children back you can find yourself in quite mess.

Is this the payment that bought Roberts vote?

Is there nothing so low that Obama will not stoop to it?

Roberts, a federalist and very much a Constitutionalists, all of a sudden became a socialist? His last few anti-liberty votes didn't make sense, but maybe now they do.

The Oboma administration is giving another tip of the hat to Satan who broke all the rules yet inherited his own kingdom. (Maybe the Oboma administration wasn't told about what happens to Satan at the end of the story.)

If this is indeed what happened to Roberts, I suggest we all pray for divine retribution. It doesn't get any more evil if the left really did threaten the loss of his children.

Sorry. Brain bubble. The multiple recount was for his seat in Washington. He really didn't win at all. His cronies just kept counting until the numbers "claimed" he won. He pulled an Al Gore and got away with it.

This was done in 2005 - did they find something that they sat on for later (like now?) blackmail? Something that could cause an uproar about the adoptions? Something like “vote our way or risk losing your kids”?

Background blackmail is their modus operandi - ala madame hitlery’s illegal transfer of FBI files on pubbie politicians, when she was 1st dame, to peruse - and putting her pal in charge if the IRS - for further gathering of useful information?

It's what they do.

Might also explain why Roberts botched the swearing in of The Usurper, so he could swear him in again out without America watching them. Roberts was blackmailed from the start. Why the second swearing in...BHO is not his legal name, they had to swear him in using whatever his legal name is (Barry Soetoro, who knows). Recently on FR there was also speculation that the private swearing in was also to administer US citizenship upon Barry the Indonesian citizen. Of course that wouldn’t make him eligible anyway.

Jan.20, 2009 the Constitution was stabbed, today Roberts twisted the knife.

Roberts could have stopped it all in a minute. If he had been blackmailed, he should have announced it on Monday at 9 AM on CNN. Take it like a man and make a stand for the America his kids will inherit one day. If this is the zinger, then he is a coward and traitor not only to America, it’s citizens but also his family. Disgusting.

I agree, no matter what they’ve got on Roberts, he should have never done what he’s done. He will now be forever reviled by decent Americans and be linked to The Usurper as well. He will know how despised he is for the rest of his miserable life. This is another kick in the teeth from GWB. I knew he was no good when he refused to lock down our borders after 9-11. Grrr.

Yes, they believe that God is not all-powerful, but comparable in power to Lucifer, who they actually believe is benevolent towards man compared to God. Also, they believe that if they can win power for themselves, the followers of Lucifer, on this Earth, and destroy the followers of the Christian God, then God’s power will be broken. They also foolishly believe Lucifer’s oldest lie: that they can become gods themselves, if only they rebel and follow him.

It’s a strong delusion, and we can only thank God that all will not be so deceived.

Pinging the list as suggested by Lucy, with this article which explains SCOTUS CJ Roberts being under the control of the Obama movement.

Personal note: few understand that we are up against a fascist movement , bent on ramming their Utopia down our throats. The political ends justify the means to bring about that Utopia, and now the federal government is at war with the People.

Again, we have only one chance in November to be rid of them. Our nation must know the truth of Obama fascism before then.

Good read, proving Obama is defined as a fascist by the tests of history:

I thought from the stories way back, I had read that the children were adopted from Mexico. When seeing the confirmation I was thinking, "That's funny, they don't look Mexican".

I suppose if I really wanted to speculate about potential skeletons, I might wonder if a cartel operates that laundromat. :-/

Roberts has been blackmailed since he swore in the fake BHO.
SCOTUS won’t even docket a birther issue. Social Security fraud, Forged BC, Passport records altered. Many more.
Not to go totally Birther, but, Obama posts a BC showing his father is not a citizen. No one will ever hear that case. It will be sealed, like the Kennedy Assasination for 50 years. Meanwhile, BHO is stealing trillions of $ and WE THE PEOPLE are stuck with this smuck.

Roberts linked himself to the Dred Scott v. Sandford decision by using it’s style, its denial of basic human rights and decency, and it’s potential for creating violent situations.

Dred Scott was a Constitutional finding according to the legal precedent set by an Appeals Court for the US Supreme Court in 1835's Jack v. Martin . The result of the unCivil War was that the federal government gained the power to define the limits of its own authority, and was, in a nutshell, nothing more than the 1800's version of today's 'social justice'.

Sorry, but cheering on one hand for Constitutional deconstruction and then complaining that the deconstructed Constitution isn't protecting 'basic rights' is REALLY hypocritical.

They were given the key. Why is everyone so suprised that they're using it?

You are really jumping a big shark there ~ totally discredited neo-confederate point of view in fact.

No, the federales weren't given the key to arbitrary power ~ the three major changes were codified in the Constitution ~ and even in the age of the utterly totalitarian Progressive movement (1895 to 1928) they bothered to continue with constitutional changes.

Subsequently "They" gave up bothering to change the constituion when it involves important matters and instead diverted us with procedural matters ~ (how to replace a sick president for example, or voting age, poll tax, etc.).

Speaking of poll taxes, now that we have the Roberts court telling us the individual mandate is just a tax, ask yourself what kind of tax it really is?

Is it an income tax, an excise tax, an import tax, a turnover tax, a poll tax.....?

Poll Tax!

Yes, of course it's a poll tax, the nonpayment of which can and will result in your loss of your right to vote in federal elections!

Somebody should check Robert's prescription!

totally discredited neo-confederate point of view in fact.

That argument I'll save for another thread, particularly since you not only totally ignored the sourced assertion of legal precedent, but also failed to provide anything more substantial in your rebuttal than 'you're wrong'.

-------

Yes, of course it's a poll tax, the nonpayment of which can and will result in your loss of your right to vote in federal elections!

Unless you can site such a section of the legislation, that is an unsubstantiated argument.

The loss of the ability to vote results from civil criminal charges, not administrative penalties.

-----

Somebody should check Robert's prescription!

Why? His finding is perfectly in accordance with the fact that creations of the federal government must adhere to federal policies. That IS what the 14th Amendment did, it created a 'new' type of citizen....one created by the federal government. Before then, the ONLY place you would find a 'citizen of the United States' was in the federal District. Everyone in the States were State Citizens, with all their rights intact.

§ 1218. The inhabitants enjoy all their civil, religious, and political rights. They live substantially under the same laws, as at the time of the cession, such changes only having been made, as have been devised, and sought by themselves. They are not indeed citizens of any state, entitled to the privileges of such; but they are citizens of the United States. They have no immediate representatives in congress.
Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution

-----

You emote much, but rationalize nothing.
