Any legislation that incurs a tax may now be Constitutional.

It was a tortured ruling. One I could possibly have seen Kennedy making, but shocking coming from the John Roberts I have followed.
One thing it guarantees is that because the “tax” is so low, virtually no one will buy health insurance until they absolutely need it. This will drive insurance companies out of business and / or will force the Congress to raise the “tax” to keep the system from going bankrupt.
The problem is the Roberts gang said in their ruling that if the “tax” gets too high, then it is unconstitutional (although they were careful not to say how high was too high). This means it will face legal challenges repeatedly and will not be a workable system.
Obamacare will die quickly. The scary thought is what replaces it?
The leftists will push for single payer, and if they have succeeded in killing off private insurance in the interim, which I think is highly likely, then there may not be any other option.
In the end, medication or not, Roberts has screwed us all.

That is the only thing that makes sense. His legal opinion sure as hell made no sense at all. Probably the worst written opinion of all time. A conclusion looking for a legal reason with no coherent argument to support it.
Roberts was compromised. That is the only explanation that makes any sense.

John Roberts is not a conservative justice. He is not a sane justice. He may turn out to be worse than David Souter. At least Souter wasn’t made Chief Justice before serving even one day on the court. RINO George W. Bush’s pathetic legacy just keeps getting worse and worse. Dubya could’ve and should’ve elevated SCALIA to Chief Justice. Now we’re stuck with an absolute joke in John Roberts for a Chief Justice for perhaps the next 30 years. SICKENING!

NONE of us would EVER put a loved on there.

My GF works for a well-known hospital in L.A. and is a specialist in her area. Took 10 + years. Everyone in her department (except the idiot Odumbo ass-kissers) knew it was a bad ruling. That means more freebies for illegals who make her speak spanish (which she refuses) and she’s thinking of opening a specialized hospital in the Philippines which would be cheaper.

Perhaps the horror and fraud of all this will awaken the few people left who understand what has happened here. I once read that only 3% of a committed population is enough to change everything. In this case, 60% of the voting public became very disturbed on the day of June 28, 2012, as they saw a Supreme Court Justice rewrite a statue to open up abuses of taxation never before experienced in the United States of America. We can hope that, in the end, Justice Robert’s actions turned on the light in America.
Don’t know what propaganda you’ve been listening to, but it ain’t conservative. Try reading the truth sometime. Otherwise, don’t even talk, at least not to me that is. Don’t know if you have any religion in you, but if you think you do, think about Exodus 22:28 and the corresponding Acts 23:5.
