The State did poorly today, especially in the summation, but the judge was clearly sympathic to the state and somewhat hostile to Zimmerman.

The judge falsely claimed in his last bail decision that the state had a lot of evidence against Zimmerman when he has not even heard all the evidence yet. He has made up his mind about this case. Hopefully, a jury will be open to the evidence. The judge has decided based on what Cory tells him, without the evidence.

He’s not going to give George bail. He hates him.

I don't give a rat's a$$ if he gets out on bond or not.

Oh really? That's breathtakingly callous, given the evidence available thus far. A truly disturbing attitude.

<>He’s not going to give George bail.<>

Ohhh — I’m sure he will because otherwise MoM will go over his head and appeal his decision. And if Lester was paying attention at all today, then he has to realize that MoM laid the groundwork for exactly that — an appeal, and judges hate being overturned on appeal. This might help explain the judge’s quandary:

I was surprised the the State didn't bring up that Zimmerman failed to appear in a previous court case and was fined $10,000.

It wasn't serious, federal civil lawsuit, but still ...

I said there is internet chatter about Zimmerman and Taffee -- that they displayed hightened interest in Martin in the week leading up to his death. I have no idea if it true or not -- it's just out there. Taffee was in court today, right-hand side towards the back.

I wasn't. It was irrelevant and even those who remembered enough about it dismissed it. If there had been one scintilla of relevance to it, BDLR would have been all over it because as it was today he looked incompetent and unprepared.

I said there is internet chatter about Zimmerman and Taffee

Then BDLR should have called him to the stand yesterday. All the Team Skittles has is "chatter" and their teeth were chattering yesterday as they were handed their come-upens. I haven't seen any evidence from their side at all -- merely "chatter".

BTW in addition to being in possession of an illegal substance [drugs in his system], was TM also in breach of this Florida law:

876.12:Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public way. No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be or appear upon any lane, walk, alley, street, road, highway, or other public way in this state.

DeeDee testified in her deposition that TM put the hoodie up when he realized that he was being watched by GZ and just before he ran.

Was it to conceal his identity on the public walkway at the condos, just like he used it to conceal his identity at the 7-Eleven store??? It sure does appear that TM had no respect for the law and ....

And why did he take that photobutton off and put it in his pocket??? Was he anticipating a fight and didn't want to lose it??? It sure appears like premeditation to me.

She seems to have disappeared entirely from public view a few months ago.

The reason that Brandi Green appears to have disappeared from view appears to be her occupation. Aside from being Tracy's gf, she is also reportedly a juvenile detention officer in Orlando. That might explain why this troubled youth was staying with her up in Sanford, and not with his parents down in Miami, and why she has been sent into public relations exile.

As the judge has already determined that Zimmerman is guilty before the trial, as conveyed in his written statement on revoking his bail, the judge has shown his hand. To me, it does not matter what his excuse was to do this, that he did it is unforgivable.

To make this determination based on Cory’s race bait before even hearing the evidence, his object is not justice, rather being a liberal show boat for a political race hate trial. The ends justifies the means with judges committed to the ideology of race and social justice. He’s doing all he can to railroad the defendent.

I think there is an Ammendment that says the prosecutor cannot require the perp to testify.

That must be this one:

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury ....nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

What happened to the Grand Jury??? Did they forget that part too.

Murder1 is Capital, requires a Grand Jury. Murder2: George is only looking at Life, no Grand Jury inditment required.

There's also internet chatter that Trayvon was a badass drug dealer who had the best weed in all of South Florida and that he beat a bus driver senseless ... and got away with it.

Other breaches of Florida law would be:

-Farting in public after 6:00PM
-Taking a shower while naked
-Singing in public while wearing a swimsuit
-Falling asleep under a hairdryer
-Leaving your elephant at a parking meter without paying

The judge has some history of bias. I agree Zimmerman and his attorney, O’mara have an uphill battle on their hands. I think O’mara knows they drew a bad judge. Whoever is manipulating things with the state is trying to stack the deck against Zimmerman.

I call the judge mo-lester short for moron lester. Like the usage of trayvon /trayvoned which is being used as a noun/ verb to indicate the killing of a thug, the word lester as a verb should be used to indicate the acts of a biased judge. As an example, the judge lestered the defendant.

You forgot:

sitting like a potted plant in Judge Lester's courtroom.

calling NEN and telling them that there is someone suspicious in your neighborhood

getting out of your car

failing to obey an undeputized NEN dispatcher

transferring money from one of your accounts to another and doing so using ssssshhhhhh "code words".

Oh wait. That's not Florida Law. That's Corey's Law. There are statute numbers for the hoodie law and marijuana law, but Corey ain't got none for hers --

You know what's interesting. It appears that TM knew that law and knew enough to keep it sort of. He put the hood to go into 7-Eleven, but then took it down to walk the street. Gosh -- and he wasn't even a lawyer.

Based on Martin’s twitters that were archived before Crump tried to expunge them from the internet, he did deal weed. The attack on a bus driver mentioned in a twitter to his older brother and apparently a rumor seems to be adolescent bragging on Martin’s part.

The video of the “fight club” activities supposedly showing Martin sparring with another kid, I view as inconclusive. There’s still no good answer to what fueled the continuing attack when Zimmerman was apparently defenseless. Perhaps if Martin had known Zimmerman was armed before he came out of hiding, nothing would have happened.

A that age as shown by Martin’s issues at school, some kids do stupid things. You have to wonder why a kid would self name himself the no_limit_n****. If one of my kids had done that, there would have been hell to pay.

Law from another era when it was the neighborhood watch of the time wearing hoodies in the streets

I wonder if that is what inspired the law. Note that it is over 16 — which permits Long Ranger costumes at Halloween.

One has to laugh at the police report that says that he had no criminal record. He was a juvenile. Those records are sealed.

But the police report lists one Miami Gardens police department field contact with TM in November 2011. Being that juvenile records are sealed, I wonder what that could have been.

What may have raised eyebrows at the SPD is that a juvenile suspended from school for 10 days is spending those 10 days in Sanford and not in Miami Gardens, and the person he is staying with is a juvenile detention officer.

Marin being caught vandalizing school property was the reason his backpack was searched and the women’s jewelry was found along with the large screwdriver. The police were never able to find out where the jewelry originated. I think that was his first encounter with the police. We all know about his second encounter with the police.

Actually, the rumor is that a cousin tweeted: 'Yu ain't tell me yu swung on a bus driver.' Neither Twitter nor the Martin family has verified that was Trayvon's account.

Jahvaris, Trayvon's brother, told WFTV that it was not Trayvon in those youtube fightclub videos.

One witness, I believe #3, stated that during the struggle she saw someone in a white shirt on top. Who could that be? Was someone else involved? Someone who high-tailed it out of there as soon as the shot was fired? Zimmerman was wearing red and Martin was in dark gray. Both colors that disappear in the dark ... white stands out.

This guy raises some interesting questions.

Zimmerman said Martin was hiding in the bushes, then jumped him. For the life of me, I can't figure out which bushes he means. There are some that run alongside the houses at the juncture of the "T", but they are so close to the structures no one could possibly hide behind them.

What do you think "No Limit" means?

No Limit Records which produce albums of hip-hop artists ...?

or the No Limit clothing line ...?
