Hi BG. Just sat down to listen to TGO. I was busy in kitchen preparing tomorrows grilling dinner. Steak Siciliano, have marinade overnight in fridge.

1 cup Burgundy wine

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

¼ teaspoons oregano

1 small onion, minced

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons horseradish

2 tablespoons parsley

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons butter

2 ½ pounds sirloin steak about 1 ½ inches thick

Seasoned with meat tenderizer

Wisk up mixture in tupperware bowl, put steak in an marinade overnight. Thrown on grill and cook.

Congratulations.
I am stating that I, as a nurse, find it unethical for nurses (WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR GOING ON STRIKE) to belong to unions. I have worked in lablr management and union negotiations for years...(as the management part of the equation) and I have yet to see anything good in any nursing union. I am particulary “amused” by the LPNs that are typically represented by SIEU goons, or the Steelworkers unions.
Nothing against you or your union,,,I am merely stating an opinion. There was a time and place for unions 50-75 years ago, but that time has long past!
