The part I found interesting is that Schiff claims that the SC said that there's no enforcement mechanism for the individual mandate.
That seems impossible to me does anyone know if that's correct or what exactly Schiff was talking about?

The IRS is the enforcement agency. You don’t even have to be wrong to lose in a huge way if they come after you and even allege that you owe money.
There will be those who will take a chance and go “galt” or civil “disobedence” despite the risk.
BTW, I have eggs, beer and tobacco available in exchange for certain items.

The Supreme Court is Wrong: ObamaCare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL ***But what Schiff doesn’t realize is that it’s the SCOTUS who decides whether or not it is unconstitutional. It is constitutional because they say so. Unfortunately, it’s a done deal.
