Of course they won’t. Law only applies to us—when it convenient to apply to us. They’re exempt—just like Nutzy Pelosi wasn’t prosecuted for insider trading. I’d be in jail already if I had done it.
Its justice—just us, not you. This is how it goes in a tyranny.

Boehner could (and should) instruct the Sergeant at Arms of the House to arrest Holder and bring him to the chamber to answer the charges. The House has the authority (upheld by SCOTUS) to imprison Holder without executive branch cooperation.
