Cool. Assad’s opponents are financed by al Queda and the Muslim Brotherhood. Assad is supported by Iran and Russia. The more they kill each other, the better off the US will be, PROVIDED we stay completely out of it.

Reading the comments here, apparently the right doesnt either. Sad. I care. Really, I do. The idea that 80 more of them are dead brightens my day. See my post #21.

Trust me, I’d love to see Bashir Assad get a third eyesocket courtesy of a well-placed 7.62mm round. But if you think for one second that the people fighting his regime would do anything any differently if *they* were in power, you know nothing about the Middle East or Islam. This is a fight we have no business being involved in, because when it comes down to Assad vs. the Muslim Brotherhood, whoever wins, decent people (us, Israel, the few people in Syria who might actually want a secular representative government) lose.
The more that kill each other now, the fewer that Israel will have to kill one day coming across the Golan Heights. Horrible to say, but true.

Hey, that’s the fault of the US — not only did we sell guns to the cartels, we also buy dump truck loads of dope, thus destroying the societies south of the border. /s

History shows that when they have nobody else to kill they turn on each other. Who needs history when you have the BIBLE?
Genesis 16:12
And he will be a wild man;
his hand will be against every man,
and every man's hand against him;
and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

They would definitely do one thing differently from Assad.
The day these sectarian Muslim MFs who don't like The Alawite Regime of Assad take over, every Christian left in Syria is dead meat. Whenever these "rebels" capture a village, the first item on the agenda is a massacre of the Christians.
Me? I am on the Russian Team for the Syria game. Onward Christian Soldiers.

So true. While I have no sympathy for dictators or totalitarian states since they will eventually (usually) reap what they sow, I also look down upon those who want to involve us in wars against those countries.
I would like Syria and Iran to be magical lands full of unicorns where everybody is happy and free to follow whatever religion and beliefs they want, and where they can gather on streets and demonstrate against politicians they don't like, but the reality is that my son's blood is not worth one Syrian or Iranian life.
Unfortunately there's a lot of idiots that want us to go to war against Syria and Iran and other countries. While my son loves the Marines, I think he and a lot of his buddies are seeing the writing on the wall and will not be reenlisting.

Seriously, I expect some kind of response on why my comment was removed or I’m out of here for good. This is bullshit.

No matter whether you think this particular video is fake or not, promoting/supporting or not caring about the killing of innocent men, women & children because they’re muslim, shouldn’t be heartening and shouldn’t be cheered.
Sadly, it goes on here all the time.
Not very christian.

Back in World War I, 35 million died. But they were mostly military, so that was accepted, and the civilian deaths were mostly from famine caused by war, and that was accepted also. World War I was a polite, civilized little war.
Germany was back for a re-match in less than 20 years.
World War II, in contrast, was NOT polite and civilized. Civilian populations died in the millions from bombing campaigns and artillery barrages. Cities were bombed into rubble and burned to ashes. The rich and the poor died and suffered. Women as well as men died and suffered. Children died and suffered. It was not a polite and civilized little war.
For some reason, Germany and Japan lost all interest in war since then, when it became clear that further wars would create suffering for EVERYBODY, including the wealthy and the women.
The Islamic world will not lose its taste for Jihad until they get a "World War II"-treatment shoved down their throats.

I knew you’d bring up WWII.
It’s sad you don’t see any difference, and a shame you don’t realize that most people didn’t cheer over the killing of innocent women & children then either.
If you recall, we helped europe rebuild. Are you willing to do that for muslims, too?

If you recall, we helped europe rebuild. Are you willing to do that for muslims, too? We rebuilt Germany. We also de-Nazified it in the process.
After the conflict ends, any people who honestly, sincerely and ENTIRELY renounce Islam, I would be willing to help. But that would be AFTER we hold Nuremberg-style trials for all the Muslim elites who financed and supported jihad, and publicly hang a few thousand of them.
There can be peace with people of good will. There can be no peace with the ideology of Islam.

There’s a difference between muslims & islamists - to not see or understand the difference is to condemn them all and therefore bigotry.
Have a nice 4th.
