Arrest Eric Holder
The American Thinker ^ | July 2, 2012 | Selwyn Duke

...........One reason we have as much bad behavior as we do among pseudo-elites is the same reason why child misbehavior is now rampant....If powerful public officials knew they could be marched away in handcuffs to a fetid jail cell, perhaps they'd take their oaths of office more seriously.

....Do you want to see a day when the police stop you for imaginary infractions that can be "adjudicated" on the spot for some not-so-imaginary cash? Then keep tolerating corruption in high places. For not only does it reflect corruption in low ones-most notably, the hearts and minds of the voters -- but it's also contagious. Lower level officials see it in higher ones, and they want a piece of the pie, too. And the citizenry will figure likewise...

...I realize there are many reasons why Holder won't be arrested. For one thing, such a move would be demonized by the media and might redound negatively upon Republicans in the fall. Another is that few members of the ruling class want to animate a hangman that could be used (perhaps wrongly) against them in the future; once the mutual get-out-of-jail-free card is gone, it's gone....But what does this beget? It begets a Justice John Roberts, who -- likely motivated by concern for the U.S. Extreme Court's reputation, his own, or both -- visited a blatantly unconstitutional and disastrous piece of legislation upon all of us.

And that is the face of expediency. It's like the Machiavellian leper character in the film Braveheart, who claimed that the ability to compromise -- even with great principles at stake -- makes a man noble. But it does not, and creating de facto nobility existing above the law makes a nation quite ignoble. Respect for station is no substitute for respect for rule of law.

It makes the 7x57 sing.

The Sheriff in Kingsville in the early 80’s had a bit of a problem too.

He liked to add to his gun collection.

Gun? What gun? There is no record of a gun being in your car. Can you prove you had a gun in your car?

That little game didn't work. He had to give it back.

From Holder and Oklahoma City bombing

...Holder had authorized the FBI to provide explosives to Nichols and McVeigh, then lost track of both the explosives and their targets. McVeigh went on to detonate some of the explosives outside the federal building, an act that was designed to help anti-terrorism legislation pass Congress

What's needed: ST-6 does a body snatch on Holder, water boards him, and records the whole thing as he names names and implicates all the other players.

The entire unedited tape is released to the blogs, Internet, and media. Holder is then dumped at the Jefferson Memorial — bound, gagged, and suspended by his feet from an A-frame in the rotunda. Pinned to his chest a note: “Barry, you're next.”

” Did you notice that right after this vote the House passed that big $$$ highway bill and student loan extension deal with Obama? And that one will actually go into law.

It fits the pattern : A symbolic vote that goes no-where to distract conservatives and then the real bill that spends the $$$ with Obama that goes into law. “

Due to our stalwart leaders in D.C..................PUKEMAO
