I’m a 50 year old male in the Army.
My APFT standards are
Push-ups 25 in 2 min.
Sit-ups 30 in 2 min.
2 mile run 19min 30sec

I have a 22 year old female in my section we are both Medics
APTF standards for women 22-26 years old
Push-ups 17 in 2 min
Sit-ups 50 in 2 min
2 mile run 19min 36 sec

I think we have a 10 min break between events.

This is one the many reasons I tell young people to stay the hell away from police work. They have NO clue what they are getting into.

The military doesn’t make every officer experience being a private.

No, but they should.

It might cut down on the percentage of dickhead officers.
