If you have any doubts that Justice Roberts was wrong just listen to Mark Levin....He's ready to fight the Revolution again......
Now Mark isn't what you'd called subtle....when he gets upset he let's it all hang out, and that is why I love him......that's how I get....I scream and yell and vent against the enemy bambi and his criminal accomplices in the Senate......
But I can assure you, if bambi care had been killed, Mark Levin wouldn't be mounting the attack he is......an attack we really need to win
John Roberts saw that America hated this law and bambi and his criminal henchmen, but the GOP and the Tea Parties weren't fired up enough to fight this fight the way it needs to be fought.....NO PRISONERS
Justice Roberts has pissed off a tremendous amount of folks, Rush and Mark and our other media folks like Sean and the others are ready to rumble......and there is no denying that it was Justice Roberts that has brought this conservative pot to boiling......it was his ruling that awakened a sleeping giant and filled it with a terrible resolve....
So I stand behind Mark Levin as he is screaming right now on the radio.....you're right Mark, we need to clean out these criminals and force the GOP to grow some back bone......

Like in HIS 2006 in his book ‘ Men in Black’and his radio show he explains how the minority party Senate (Dems at that time ) cannot constitutionally block the GOP nominees for POTUS + majority Senate judicial appointments because the constitution says the Senate majority has to approve of them.
OHHH, but wait, only 3 years later 2009 after saying that, Levin tells the GOP Senate minority to block all Obama’ SCOTUS judicial appointees in Senate. Yes ,we must believe the US constitution changes with party rule according to Levin. .

Both of these guys have militant followers who adamantly insist that their interpretation of the constitution is infallible and if we disagree with ANYTHING their guy says, we hate America and the founding fathers, etc. Oh, and their endorsements for elected offices are also infallible. ;-)

Could be worse. Ann Coulter's view of history and the constitution doesn't even change with which party is in power, but with what audience she's talking to on that given day. Either the civil war had nothing whatsoever to do with slavery (talking to a tea party group in Georgia), or "our party freed the slaves" (rebutting a RAT about civil rights on national TV), according to Ann. I suppose you could logically accept both viewpoints if you presume that the GOP randomly decided on the spur of the moment to pass the the 13th amendment in 1865 just for the heck of it. ;-)

There are also numerous examples of their side doing the same thing, and changing the rules depending on who's in power (i.e. Joe Biden claiming its an impeachable offense for a President to attack another country that's not an immnent threat to us... whoops, nevermind!). The problem is that the media will cover for the Dems hypocrisy. They won't cover for Levin when he shoots his mouth off.

Very true. I would make a case that Levin and Paul are unique in that their creepy fan clubs claim their guy is all-wise and all-knowing SOLE arbitrator of the U.S. Constitution. Once their self appointed sage & guardian of the Constitution has made a statement on something, the matter is now settled constitutional law, until he changes his mind.
Thus, as Levin decrees, the U.S. Constitution must give Senators the power to block all judicial appointments during a Democrat administration, but this power is not in effect during Republican administrations.
And, as Paulbots will tell you, the U.S. Constitution somehow gives Congressmen the power to ban partial birth abortion at the federal level, but NOT to ban abortion for gender selection at the federal level. After all, that is how the God-like "Dr. Paul" voted, and he is the only member of Congress who believes in the Constitution and has a perfect constitutional record.

Alternatively Levin was a GWB adventurism cheerleader, and as it went sour then it was all those being critical of Bush's fault. Oh, and if the US detained you infinitely under GWB with no judicial hearing, then you must be a terrorist, But under Obama its unconstitutional. His banner changed from 'the gubment keeps you safe as safe is #1' to 'the gubmt is our enemy , as freedom is #1'.
BUT...After failing to defend Article 2, Section 1, of our existing Constitution, Levin thinks he can come up with a new and improved Constitution.
Sorry! Levin lost credibility with me in 2008.
