Plus, it gets to share your personal info with all sorts of government agencies, insurance companies and employers.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. "We expect even more lien and levy powers," an IRS official says. Even the Taxpayer Advocate is deeply concerned.

The American Revolution was fought for less than this!

Thanks to obamacare, the feds now have unrestricted police powers. The IRS is now the most powerful entity within the federal government. It must be nice to be king, and make the tax collector the most powerful force in the land. We killed a lot of brits over this very issue, but yet all of you let a muslim levy a dhimmi tax upon all of us. Thanks all for being a bunch of short-sighted squabling chumps. Even hitler would be proud of the jedi mind-f@#k obama pulled off on America. To think the conservatives were completely had, and as an insult refused to do anything about it, because they either had a vested interest in the way things were going, or they refused to fight dirty like their adversaries.

The more I read of this the more disastrous it is.

You thought businesses offshored before??? You just wait. Businesses are going to FLY out of this country now.

Our economy is down and Roberts and Obama have just given it a good swift kick in the nuts.

The markets hate uncertainty and there has never been anything more uncertain than this garbage.

Hells Bells, gotta be a lawyer just to read the news article about the damned thing!

And the govt is going to make out like a bandit on this deal. All these fines and penalties go right into the black maw of the govt. I know, I know. Such a deserving bunch.

I am actually looking forward to this part of the POS legislation.

I told my friends about this intrusive invasion of their whole personage and they all denied it. Weepy eyed as they were with their patronage of the “won”.

I say if Dick Muckonnell, Boehner, Can’t-or ... et all are resigned to this then bring it baby.

I say bring it and burn it all down.

I can’t believe how many friends from the left are actually complaining about the free loaders, of late.

I mean they are carping left and right and some of them know Castro personally.(not kidding either. I hang out with some odd folk but they don’t think some of their pablum through).

My friends are actually naming numbers and percentages, like we do, of the crap they have to pay for.(We all earn more than minimum tax wage $75k+ and pay our “fair share”)

They are pissed and don’t know where to go for redress.

They can’t very well become Republicans “They are mean!”....I actually heard that tonight and had to respond “We are the adults in the room you are acting sophomoric, adolescently and living in a dream world that the math for your vaunted dreams of euphoria will ever equal a Pathagorian and unassailble outcome.

The friggin numbers don’t work.

Join me and let’s make American work....or do you want to work for half of American and in ten years you will be working for 60% of America. Is that a just outcome? Is that a sensible outcome?

They mostly stared at me and somehow the subject changed.

Fine, seemed complicated to even me...

To the SCOTUS ping list:

This article isn’t about the Obamacare SCOTUS ruling. It’s about IRS enforcement of the tax/penalty. It details the new information taxpayers must provide to the IRS and gives some examples of assessed penalties and how they’ll be calculated under the law.

It’s very informative. Read it if you have time.
