Here in Austin, Moonies is about the best burger chain I’ve tried. Mighty Fine had rather tasteless burgers, but good seet tea and their milkshakes were made with real ice cream, at least. Whataburger is always a safe bet, as is Wendy’s. Burger King tastes like they have just burnt everything. I ate at In-and-Out more than a few times while living in CA, and was never that impressed. They tasted like Rally Burgers and that wasn’t all that great.

Thanks— looked over the menu, the Salty Caramel Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake and Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries look great.

Read DH the extensive beer list and he says we’re on.

I’ve never had In-and-Out. Five Guys are good (albeit pricey), but I actually prefer Whataburger. Unfortunately the nearest one is three hours away in Birmingham.

They have one in Lake Forest, CA. Pretty darn good, I’m not crazy about In-N-Out.
