A judge said Thursday that George Zimmerman appeared to be preparing to flee when he transferred funds out of his name just before his bond hearing, but his plan was “thwarted.”

Time to send George some more money.
I wouldn't blame him if he ran from the lynch mob.

If Z man skipped bail, I would happily aid, abet, and harbor him.

The judge is biased, making him corrupt in regards to his judicial oath and responsibility. He presented ZILCH evidence to back up his wild and presumptive claim that Mr. Z was going to "jump bail with other people's money".

It is established in law that "defamation" is the use of damaging lies about someone utilizing the spoken form of slander.

This kangaroo-court judge is obviously influenced and reassured by the example of the U.S. president who breaks, bends, twists and ignores laws and the Constitution at will....and no one seems to be able to stop him.

To sum up, IMHO this aggressively-biased Florida judge is apparently GUILTY of blatant defamation against the defendant.....and appears strongly motivated to TAINT a potential jury pool with said defamation. Next case.

Then why set bail at any amount?

Why doesn’t the judge step aside and let Ben Crump be the judge who tries the case? He seems to take all of his rulings from Crump anyway.

I think Zimmerman is being railroaded, too. There is not one branch of government that isn’t tainted...Judicial being the worst. One good thing, betcha’ break ins are at an all time low in that Sanford neighborhood. Fight back, people!

This is all happening to keep the mob from burning Miami to the ground. Justice is no part of it.

Zimmerman ain't winning any lawsuits. Zimmerman's ass is going to prison to placate Holder's people and too many of those on this forum. Not necessarily for what he did, because he violated no law. Yes, he stupidly ran his mouth on tape, but, fortunately or unfortunately, there is no law against being stupid. But, in Zimmerman's case, they will probably make one.

In Zimmerman's case, he is in trouble because of who he did it to. To wit: One of obama's sons and Holder's people. Someone, actually a lot of someonmes, need to thank Zimmerman because he saved them from becomming Martin's victim and losing among other things, their life. But that is just my view. The lynch Zimmerman mob has a different point of view.

Judge Lester writes: “It is entirely reasonable for this court to find that, but for the requirement that he be placed on electronic monitoring, the defendant and his wife would have fled the United States with at least $130,000 of other people’s money.”

Judge Lester is an amazing psychic and clairvoyant. He was able without any testimony or evidence presented by the state to find this "reasonable" conclusion.

Where and how far were these two people supposed to have fled to with $130,000??? Is he for real??? and his parents and grandmother would be losing the homes that they put up as collateral.

And yet, despite all the evidence for GZ's self defense claim that was presented to the court on the 29th that he acknowledged that he looked at, he was unable to reach any kind of finding. Really??? This defendant has the facts and law on his side -- that should have been the finding -- and thus he is not likely to run.

What is so hard about telling the truth, your honor??? Aren't you under oath too???

I have a feeling that if somehow Zimmerman does manage to make bail, Crump will find some new complaint and a week or two later the judge will revoke the bail again. They aren’t sure that they will manage to convict him (despite the jury-tampering) so they want him to spend two or three years behind bars before the trial.

So there are three major wins for the pro-Trayvon crowd here. First, the judge says things designed to dry up Zimmermans donation pool. Second, the judge says things designed to taint the potential jury pool. Third, the judge sets a bail designed to pauperize Zimmerman and deny him the defense he’s entitled to.

There are two possibilites. One, the judge is corrupt and trying to set Zimmerman up for a quick and easy conviction. Two, the judge is corrupt AND a coward and doing these things in an effort to get himself removed from the case.

If this whole saga wasn't 100% politically-driven from the get-go, this judge, Kenneth R. Lester, would have already been removed from the case. His bias is quite apparent.

Zimmerman has become a political football, driven by the worst brand of politics -- those of race. "Justice", whatever that is, has already gone right out the window.

A lesson for all CCW holders who end up successfully defending themselves against one of "Obama's sons".

Seems to me that many of the judge’s comments could ramp up the donations to Zimmerman.

There is good reason for that feeling and it is right in here, where the judge greenlights the state to charge GZ for misrepresenting funds after which he will do his part and revoke bond.
