A judge said Thursday that George Zimmerman appeared to be preparing to flee when he transferred funds out of his name just before his bond hearing, but his plan was “thwarted.”

The judge has it in for GZ. The innocent until proven guilty George cannot afford such a high bond. So for now he has to stay in jail.

Bullcrap.

no doubt....this judge is being paid......

Remember, it's not the judge we started with...

Zimmerman shouldn't have EVER been in jail.

How does the judge KNOW this? I certainly did not pick that up in the tapes that were played...sure they were cashing out money this family is not a family of Mitt Romney business savvy folks...they were plain blue collar working folk who needed money to live and stay in hiding etc.
I think Mr OMara would do well to try to get another judge as he did earlier before they got Lester. This judge sounds like hes predjudiced against Zimmerman.
Here is my understanding of what happened. At some point during the fight Trayvon spotted George’s gun in its waistband holster at that point...whomever got control of the gun ended the fight. George won. Justifiable self defense...

And where might he ‘flee’ to, the moon? This guy's gonna have a hard time ‘fleeing’ anywhere even after he's acquitted.

The depraved prosecutor owns the judge.

Staying in jail may be the best thing that could happen to Zimmerman. He has tomahawked himself playing hide-and-seek with the money and passport. I think that he’s his own worst enemy. In jail, it costs him nothing, he’s safe, and opportunities for him to do something to make his legal situation worse are at a minimum.

Does the judge have any evidence for this theory?

Can this judge possibly be seen as impartial by anyone?

Oh, I guess that's the point. We don't want an impartial judge. We want to be safe from civil unrest.

“It is entirely reasonable for this court to find that, but for the requirement that he be placed on electronic monitoring, the defendant and his wife would have fled the United States with at least $130,000 of other people’s money.”

It is not other peoples money—it is Zimmerman’s money. It was a gift freely given. The judge makes it appear that Zimmerman stole the money.

Dumb judge....The blacks would hunt Zimmerman down like he was a cougar and lynch him.

I wouldn’t blame him for jumping bail. A person is under no obligation to allow himself to be lynched.

This judge would be as much at home in Hitler's "Judicial Corps" as would the evil Angela Corey.

With this kind of corruption in Florida, there is NO CHANCE Florida will be allowed to go Republican in a presidential election!

So, GZ- who has cooperated 100% with police every step of the way, including coming to police any time he was assked, staying in constant contact with them and even coming in on his own to be arrested- was suddenly going to skip town?

based on what evidence?

or did the judge just pull this out of his ass?

Then why didn’t he? He had every opportunity to do so yet he immediately surrendered himself once bail was revoked. This is one of the most biased, a** covering statements I’ve ever heard from the bench. That this excuse was invented after the fact is so obvious it’s really quite breathtaking.

I agree, but he shouldn't be in jail. He wouldn't be in jail if it weren't for the nationwide efforts of Holder's people and Obama's sons to do a lynching for political purposes.

When it is said he had a “second” passport, is that a Peruvian passport? I hope so.

None the less, when this is over and done with, he will become a zillionair after he wins all his lawsuits.

Yes Judge, and I am sure green monkeys could fly out of his backside too in your demented reasoning.

Time to send George some more money.

I wouldn't blame him if he ran from the lynch mob.

when is this judge up for reelection?

He is a mere state court judge, they face the voters and challengers every 6 years.

It is just a question of finding a challenger.

The bond should be appealed.

(btw if it is true the defense attorney is anti-SYG then that is a future issue for ineffective assistance of counsel)

And the judge has what evidence?

Prejudicial comments from the judge. Time to ask for a replacement.
