Its nice to know that you can be charged with assault on a police officer, because he broke his hand while punching your head.
There are two sides to every story, but if you watch the video, they did obviously abuse their authority and his rights. These cases need externally and independently investigated.
The police role is to protect and serve, not punish those they apprehend? We are on a slippery slope if we ever permit this. This was not about a real crime or even a minor traffic offense.
