She was Saudi Arabias Barbie princess; the pampered granddaughter of the Kingdoms founder and daughter of one of his most powerful and favoured sons.
Princess Sara bint Talal bin Abdulaziz, however, is claiming political asylum in the UK over fears for her safety back home.
The claim, the first ever made by such a senior member of the ruling familys inner circle, will embarrass the Saudi dynasty and threatens a diplomatic row.
Princess Sara, 38, accuses senior Saudi officials of plotting to kidnap her and smuggle her back to Riyadh, having subjected her to a well orchestrated and malicious campaign of persecution.
She currently occupies a suite and several rooms in a five-star London hotel with her four children and two dogs, guarded by a private security team.

I guess she’s thinking the UK is a lot different from Saudi. Hmm.

No, it brings slow, painful death from what can only be described as hilariously explosive, bloody diarrhea to any foreigner foolish enough to drink it. Whilst some have said what is known as the ‘English Disease’ has been a curse upon our nation, I take the view that it has in fact been a blessing, and has been the main reason why Britain has never been successfully invaded since 1066...
Celebrate Christmas?
Tons of folks celebrate Christmas by putting up a tree and exchanging gifts. They may attend church for that one day of the year.
Others worship Christ.
I suspect her highness practices the former.
Thats immaterial. The point is: she has the option. Which she doesnt have in Saudi.
