The birth dates of 01/01/01 or 01/01/00 leads me to belive this is a data entry problem, not voter fraud.

According to a Democrat I know, everyone who has re-registered after the 1996 election cycle and the implementation of motor voter, has had to supply a birth date. The date of 01/01/1901 is a place holder for birth dates that have not been updated. Actually that is problematic. About 1 in 6 registrations still are not associated with a birth date. As voters move their birthdates are added to the voter roll database.
