Democrat Congressman Xavier Becerra, of California, was on "FOX News Sunday" today. He said, three (3) times, that people who did not want to pay the ObamaCare Tax are "Freeloaders".

The Romney Campaign needs to make campaign ads of this: "If you don't like ObamaCare, Democrats think you're a freeloader". Then show the clip from today's program.

Did you know that if you sell your house in 2013 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That’s $3,800 on a $100,000 home, $15,200 on a $400,000 home, etc.

It’s in the health care bill, — and it goes into effect in 2013. Why 2013? Could it be so that it doesn’t come to light until after the 2012 elections?

Actually, I agree with the statement as stated, but not with the guy who's making it. The Dem idea is to have a penalty which serves as a health insurance floor, but then to exempt a good portion of their base as too poor to pay the penalty. So, it's not an honest statement, and that's my problem with it.

As long as there's an "I won't or can't pay" option, the mandate is meaningless. It penalizes the law abiding and tax-paying.

Lets say Obama and Roberts decide people on food stamps don’t get the same quality of food service rich people get. They can come up with a group food program, and fine people who don’t want to be a part of it. That would be a penalty tax.
