I find it hard to believe that firing a gun can cause a fire.

What are the odds a ricochet sparks where there’s something flammable.

Other than our dysfunctional gov’t, I really like this place 10 months out of the year. I live in a conservative county that is pro-gun and effectively “shall-issue.”

The one fire in Az was caused by some jackass with dragons breath shit shells bit the notion that We are behind all these fires is preposterous.

A saw lightning bolts come down all around today.

Tracers and some specialty rounds could, but I can tell you this, I don’t let people shoot tracers in drought conditions.

I have a 10mm conversion barrel for my G30 and they don’t hurt as much as when I shoot 45acp through it. I would rather shoot 10mm all the time if it wasn’t so bloody damm expensive.

As far as that diagram the flash may be more than the others but how could it start a brush fire without the shooter noticing?

I have caused a fire just by firing my 9mm. The muzzle blast ignited either the dry grass or excess powder on the ground in front of my bench. I was at Garland gun range in garland, TX. The rangemaster said that it happens all the time.

I am looking at either getting a Desert eagle .45 1911 or a Kimber Custom TLE II. I know that the Desert Eagle is less expensive but does anyone know ab out the quality? I really like the Kimber. My wife has promised to buy me whatever I want for Christmas. I currently have a Para Ordnance GI expert with a couple of upgrades, but I now want an additional 1911. (Will probably want another after that!)
