The Department of Justice unsealed documents today showing that Brian Terry was shooting bean bags at men who returned fire with assault rifles.

I used one to break up a dog fight, once. Knocked a neighbor’s big dog down for a couple of seconds before he jumped up and headed home as fast as he could go. Heard later he had some bruised ribs, but was OK otherwise. Never came back to my yard, tho.
Interesting that one of the BP union locals freaked out about having to view an active shooter training lecture meant for office staff, but I don’t remember anybody screaming about this ROE. The Sector Chief was transferred right after this incident, but I don’t know if that was punitive. In general BP leadership is pretty poor so there isn’t any reason to believe the replacement would be any better.
What happens is this:
Every day more illegal Mexicans sneak across the border.
Every day.
Every day likewise, more illegal Mexicans become legal.
Every day.
Eventually the number of (legal) Mexicans will become so large, that combined with the number of blacks - it will become large enough to be unbeatable.
To stop that, we must bring back American jobs. To eliminate the Chinese threat to America.
To CHANGE that, we must stop sending American jobs overseas.
Now.
Stop sucking up to Mexican illegals, and bring back AMERICAN jobs.

Because later will be too late.

Bean bag rounds per direction from Big Sis (dirty) Nappy Pants. She didn’t want to face the mexican government over a shooting where a mexican was killed.
She had caved to mexican pressure from the shooting of the 15-yr old mexican human and drug smuggler in El Paso and the mexican government wailing and crying and throwing a hissy fit. So, (Dirty) Nappy Pants didn’t want to face the mexicans again so to make sure no mexican died, she directed bean-bag rounds.
Get that. . .she couldn’t face the mexicans but she COULD face the American people.
Oh by the way, the group that Agent Terry and his team were going after, they were known to be the most violent and cruel of all the bandits along the border. That group robs cartel druggies. . they rob from the cartels!
Wonder if they were refried beans encased in torillas?
The line Agents were out of their mind over the bean-bag issue. And still are.

The same thing that’s wrong with the entire administration. They know they can continue with their agenda to destroy the U.S., and all they’ll get is a little criticism! This is their plan and we can’t keep driving ourselves crazy believing that everything that’s happening is just plain incompetence. I can’t see it any other way as much as I would like to.

Brian Terry was doubly screwed by his government—DOJ armed the bad guys, and PC attitudes on the rules of engagement took away his means of self defense.

FBI search warrant requests filed in the U.S. District Court in Tucson....The documents provide the most detailed version yet of what happened in the deadly gunbattle Dec. 14 in Peck Canyon, northwest of Nogales.
The documents say the group of illegal border entrants refused commands to drop their weapons after agents confronted them at about 11:15 p.m. Two agents fired beanbags at the migrants, who responded with gunfire. Two agents returned fire, one with a long gun and one with a pistol, but Terry was mortally wounded in the gunfight.
Border Patrol officials declined to answer questions about protocol for use of force, citing the ongoing investigation.
You are absolutely correct. With each passing day it is more and more apparent.
It is a paythetic situation and I do not think for a minute that the people setting these policies are either inept, or hard up. I think they are willfully doing things that hurt this nation and helping bringing about Obama’s “fundamental ...change,” which is nothing short of morphing our constitutional republic into some form of European progressive/marxist people’s democracy where elite progressive pols and their abettors pull all the strings and control everything. One place (among many) they are doing this is on our border.
The whole lot of them should be in prison for the treason, obstruction, accessroies, and other high crimes they continue to commit.
I believe it will only get worse in the run up to the election and who knows what they will try in order to hold on to power.
God grant that we remain strong and firm and route these vipers out in November with a turn out that eclipses what we did in 2012.
