I used to have a neighbor who was a Democrat and a Teamster, and this was Standard Operating Procedure. He would carry out petty bits of sabotage like this and then he and his Teamster Thug buddies would go to their union hall and get falling-down drunk laughing about it.

Don’t even get me started on the Teamsters. We were terrorized by them when I was growing up.
