U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., shut the House down for 15 minutes Tuesday by forcing a roll call vote on his motion to adjourn in protest of tomorrows expected vote on a GOP measure to repeal President Obamas health care law.
Ellison called the GOP repeal measure the 31st attempt to repeal Obamacare in whole or in part political theater at its worst.

Since all money issues are the purview of the House, they have every right to repeal the ObamaTax. And because it falls under the rubric of budgeting, they can repeal it by reconciliation, the same device Pelousy used to pass it in the first place.
Don’t believe any Republican who says after the election that the GOP can’t repeal it. All they need is 51 votes in the Senate.

15 minute delay from this clown? How many times did he delay his comrades when he was on his prayer rug?

Side note....
Much like the current occupant of 1600...Keith held himself up as a Catholic before going sharia.
Hey, Keith.....hundreds of people in your district are hungry. Think you could stand to miss a meal or two??

Noting that the GOP measure has no chance in the Senate, Ellison accused Republicans of wasting time.
I move to adjourn, he said, because were not doing anything anyway.

Crybaby, crybaby, suck your Momma's ti**y.

Minnesota. Democrat.
Ordinarily, I would say that I would not piss on this guy if he was on fire.
However, in this case, I would say that I would piss on this guy even if he was NOT on fire.
I’m sorry for the language, but my increasing contempt for democrats is very difficult to contain.

The House leadership should simply “deem” that the Senate passed the repeal and send it to Barry. Turn-about should be faur play. Tell Nancy she can read it after it is passed.

They will vote with the pubs.. They know their vote is safe because Reid will kill the bill.
Then they will run on the fact that they voted to repeal it.
Holding this vote now is a double edge sword.

They can’t use reconciliation until and unless the Congress passes a budget to reconcile, but Senator Harry Reid considers even bothering to discuss the merits of proposing to consider whether to vote on debating one beneath his dignity.
