Tax? I doubt it, even though SCOTUS ruled it so.
Just look at what the left can do with it:
1) You have to buy the government plan, your employer has bailed on employer based health insurance because he is taxed for providing it, and YOU are taxed on it as income.
2)The government plan can later say anything:
FOR EXAMPLE: a) Your child has been deemed as bbese because he or she is over the scale of body weight to heighth ration. Until your child complies with the standard your Obamacare will cost you an additional 40% over what others pay.
b) You are deemed as obese and have to pay an additional 40% over what non obese people pay. No more beer or Kentucky fried for YOU.
c) You have firearms in your home as federal and state records reveal, and that is an increased health risk, therefore you must pay 50% more than others witout guns in their house pay.
AND if you do not buy the government plan you will be fined $10,000 . The IRS has all of the extraordinary seizure methods available to enforce the fine, including taking your home and liquidating it, without a court order.
ANYONE who is properly informed about the powers vested in the government pursuant to this arcane health care law would NOT want it, right down to any person who owns a hovel on a Mississippi bayou.
What happens when a death panel decides not to keep your terminally ill wife alive for 6 more months, and just lets her die, after you have exhausted all of your savings on care and medicine, and then you can't pay for the government plan? There will be many spouses who will be in a very violent mood when the get fined and lose their homes.
The remedy is to become poor, get free health care, and live off begging. This ALL is horrible.

Once America sees it for what it is, they will not stand for it. Many who can have left the country already. Its not a tax, its an invasion of personal freedom, and the end of the 1st Republic and the Constitution. Welcome to the United States of Zimbabawe. AT LEAST THE MEDIA SHOULD BE TELLING THE TRUTH OF IT!!!!!!!
You make good points but right now, as we approach the election, I’m satisfied just calling it the biggest tax increase in the history of the world.
