"How about a discussion on the deleterious effects of a welfare culture? Well I do! I want to scream the obvious to every common sense citizen that can make a difference and effect change. " I have a gun in my pocket and one in the truck (legally) everywhere I go.
I have a .38 stored on my lawn mower. Mobile is 48% Black and the county is 37% Black.
Most of the White population has moved across the bay (a short ride across the bayway) to Baldwin county where there are only 9% Blacks. Baldwin is the most conservative county in the whole state of Alabama.
In the past, many Whites also moved to west Mobile to escape from the Black culture but they are now being overtaken/over-run.
I'm in the south...closer to the beaches, etc.

If you just watched the opening segment of BOR, you know the ultimate source of the problem. The whole damned culture is just that and corrupt as well.

Tryon Washington another in the plague of Travons. Look at this pile of human garbage's empty soulless eyes. The longer I live in the deep south the more I come to understand why certain types of folk justice were used to control the Travons.
