The trial lawyer would just be another target (but to be sporting about it, remember, no hunting within 100 yards of Porsche dealerships or baiting said lawyers with signs that read "Free Scotch").

That’s the problem, people think it was just a “tax cut for the rich”. It wasn’t. All rates went down, even the lowest. So, for starters, people in the lowest bracket see a 50% increase in their taxes (from 10% to 15%). Most of these people also qualify for the EIC, so they end up being paid by the government to file. Well, that will change for millions of them - they will become net tax payers (finally).
Other things that directly affect whether certain lower income people pay taxes is the marriage penalty (comes back and hits the two lowest bracket) and, related to that, is the standard deduction for married, filing jointly - it goes down.
That’s my first cut at it - I’d LOVE to see these tax cuts end, and I’d LOVE to see the Democrats explain to the poor why they are now taxpayers - once they lost the protection of the Bush tax cuts. I’m sick of his tax cuts getting a bad rep.

I disagree....Zombieland rules would not apply to Progressives....a double tap to the head would have no effect since they have no brain.....
Also, after years of progressive social programs, it is also apparent they have no heart.....
I guess just shoot them in the “privates so they can’t reproduce....they will eventually die out after a generation....

A lot of folks are going to be disappointed to learn that the math just doesn’t work out. A lot of folks are going to be very pissed off. Factor this in. It’s part of any prudent calculation: the cutting off of public sector pensions, and millions of pissed off people.
Societies routinely make such (pick your word) horrible/realistic calculations. Infanticide (of born babies) is often practiced in places with extreme population pressures. Or the elderly and infirm are left behind by the tribe if they can’t keep up with the daily march. Nothing new here, in the sweep of history. Only new to us.

Machines already do most of the work. By 2050 robots are going to be everywhere. By 2080 most human labor will not be worth the ever rising minimum wage. Our main job as conservatives is keep socialism from getting ahead of the technology to fund it, like what happened to the socialist PIIGS: Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Spain. The second front in fighting socialism is advancing technology, mostly fought by conservative male engineers. Most technology is driven by the military’s need for better ways to kill really annoying people, then commercializing it so they don’t have to.

Obama’s best friend and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers said years ago that he believed 25 million people needed to die for Communism to be instilled in this nation. Now we know what segment of the population is at the greatest risk in his plan: The elderly.
The last bunch of National Socialists with a mandatory mandatory health plan started with the eldery and other “useless feeders.” When they were not stopped, they moved on to the retarded, the handicapped, and the rest is history.

No it has nothing to do with civil war and everything to do with conquest and self-destruction of American productiveity.
The Federal Government is shutting us all down, convirting a larger and larger share of our population into government dependents rather than producers and that of course is unsupportable for any length of time.
We have no way to pay back the debts now owed except thou devaluation of the currency which is an additional confensatory tax shutting down even more of what is left of the American economy.
This is not a civil war between the makers and takers this is a collapse of both with the collapse of the takers.
You can’t convince so many so depended upon what they can steal from you to stop stealing. You give a man a fish every day and sooner or later even if hes a fisherman hes going to forget how to fish for himself.
