“Occupy the RNC” Instructional Video Advises Firebombing Police Officers

“ResistRNC,” a five day Occupy protest of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida this August, has some chilling new videos posted on their website that encourages horrific protestor violence towards police.

In a statement at the top of the action webpage, resistRNC says, “if you are looking for ideas to help you with your action planning, here are some helpful videos!”

In one of ResistRNC’s “helpful videos,” a young man is seen lighting a Molotov cocktail on fire, and then hurling the firebomb towards a group of police. The video is actually a mashup of a Jay-Z and Kanye West song in which the musical pair apparently celebrates their love of violence and police brutality with their new song “No Church In The Wild.”

A second video involving a packed athletic stadium, shows members of the crowd lighting fireworks and tossing burning torches onto the track towards individuals on the field, presumably police.

At the end of their “advice”, resistRNC concludes with the following encouragement: “You must visualize the possibilities to make it a reality. Anything is possible… anything. Happy Action Planning!”

What’s most appalling is that ResistRNC appears to be quite proud of their planned effort, even issuing a specific statement to any law enforcement officials whom may be investigating their efforts.

In a special “Notice to Law Enforcement Spying on Us,” ResistRNC writes, “We exist to provide information and facilitate logistics for people resisting the RNC. Don’t f**k with us.”

As dangerous and criminal as the movement may be, ResistRNC has received the endorsement of several prominent coalitions, including Occupy Wall Street, CODEPINK, and Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition.

In a sane world, this would fall under “inciting to riot”.

Thanks massmike. Have a great family reunion, bhf, and to all, I may be off tomorrow (more than I usually am, smarties) but plan to do the Digest on time. It will mark the beginning of the ninth year of the GGG digest, so I’m trying to figure out something a little special.

This type of activity helped elect Nixon in 1968.

If this happens, I hope the police go in fully loaded and fire at will. Wipe them out, one way or another. Enough is enough.

Nixon was helped enormously by: Lyndon Johnson renouncing a second term, the Democrats’ utter confusion following the MLK & RFK assassinations, the Chicago riots, and the anticlimactic nomination of LBJ’s hapless veep Hubert Humphrey.

So much better that Nixon won but consider the unique clash of events in ‘68. If the leftwing crazies do a Chicago on the Democrat recoronation of Obama in Charlotte, most who pay taxes will opt for the conventionality of Romney.

But then let’s do some math. Chicago ‘68 didn’t have an incumbent POTUS in the convention hall. Charlotte NC will be under full Secret Service lockdown and that will create all kinds of resentment having nothing to do with politics.

Voters may decide that ideology aside, they don’t want to give four more years to someone whose personal style is already that of a dictator.

I was born and raised in Tampa. Trust me on this - Tampa LEO’s do know how to deal with wannabe cop arsonists.

On seeing a Freak with a Molotov cocktail, they will yell “Fire”!

;-)

Conspiracy to commit capital murder of a peace officer.
Plain and simple.
I know there are those on this board that are anti-SWAT, and yes, they are utilized too many times inappropriately (even once is too many). This however would be an appropriate use of SWAT.

Exactly.

The same is true if they bring their act to Tampa.

Their is no voting majority for anarchy in this country.

Liberals have such a short memory. Why, it was only last week when the media was excoriating the State of Florida because of it's "Stand Your Ground" law. Meaning, you stupid liberal anarchist come running anywhere near me, my family, or my friends with a firebomb and I will put you down like the flea-bitten dog that you are...

A SWAT team will not be needed, IMHO. Remember that local area LOS’s shot a criminal somewhere near 90 times. When asked why they stopped shooting, the Sheriff said something to the effect of “Ran out of ammo”.

I guess the Dem mayor of Tampa had a reason to attempt to suspend the 2nd Amendment. Too bad for the lefties the governor overruled him.

Info for folks going to the convention: Florida has very generous reciprocity agreements.
