In an article published Friday by the Buzz, the idea of Debbie Wasserman Schultz running for Florida governor is said to be the subject of “intriguing chatter around some political circles in Washington DC.” The very thought of it strikes fear into many Florida conservatives.

Absurd! She is possibly the most negative, annoying person on the planet. Who the hell would vote for her?

Come on up to SC. We are a Right to Work state and there are jobs for the skilled and easy living for the retirees. Aiken is a pleasant little town.

(I’m tired of my state being the laughingstock)...

First, DWS can run for anything except for dog catcher (that pesky resemblance issue you know). Being elected on the other hand, not very likely and even if there was a mass LSD event in all the water supply, Florida still has what California has lacked for decades, a GOP controlled Legislature.

Have you bought your super train ticket yet?

I will as soon as I figure out why I would want to rush between two places I don't want to be.

That would be a good test to determine if Florida is salvageable or if it has permanently fallen to the mindless progressive transplants.

Can Florida return to the ranks of states that vote rationally and in the best interest of its citizens and the nation?

Or has it been so infested with brainless leftoids that Wasserman Schultz could actually win a gubernatorial election?

If the latter it should just be nuked from orbit.

Wasserman Schultz as governor? That brought a smile to my face. The jokes just write themselves; at least for those of us who aren’t Florida residents and wouldn’t have to suffer through it.

they say it’s just “intriguing chatter” - hmm, didn’t I read somewhere that she may be running into some ethics charges?

Florida’s voting debacle in 2000 was concentrated in the few counties where some “Snowbirds” from the Northeast did their dirtiest to mess up the election - voting twice both up north and in Florida —The hanging chad was just the dumb Dems who ran things in Palm Beach County picking out the worst way to cast a ballot. Can’t wait to see the mess we’ll have in 2012.

And this would be against Rick Scott, a governor who has taken almost as many slings and arrows as Scott Walker of Wisconsin.

Debby Wasserman-Schultz, the modern-day Medusa. To look upon her directly would be to turn to stone. Her passage causes paint to peel from the walls. Radioactivity, maybe?
