NCAA penalties more often than not, punish the innocent...long after the guilty are long gone.
Some schools never get punished and break every law in the book.

I think the NCAA is often inconsistent in the way it judges things too.

I agree with some of what you said (most except for the idea that Penn State is not already suffering terrible repercussions), and rather than add something new, I’ll just agree to disagree about the rest.
