[beer bottle slinging illegal alien] Man Accused In Wild High-Speed Chase Was Wanted In Texas
CBS Denver ^ | July 15, 2012 | local

Posted on 07/16/2012 6:11:40 AM PDT by kevcol

The high-speed pursuit was highlighted by the Texas man, identified as Samuel Aguirre-Vasquez, tossing beer bottles out of his company’s pickup while he was driving. At one point police say Aguirre-Vasquez tossed a bottle that hit a deputy’s vehicle. The chase ended about three hours after his wild ride began.

A Colorado Department of Transportation camera showed police pointing guns at Aguirre-Vasquez.

“He threw out about six bottles and there’s a bunch of empty beer bottles in there so he didn’t chuck them all out,” Lincoln County Undersheriff Gordon Nall said.

Toby Williamson, a trucker from Arvada, saw Aguirre-Vasquez earlier near the Kansas border.

“(He) was driving real erratically, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting them off, flipping the bird, and passing people on the shoulder of the road,” Williamson said.

Police blamed him for three accidents, sideswiping an unoccupied car on the side of I-70. Another car had a Kansas City family heading to Frisco.

“All of a sudden, noise, the gold truck sideswipes us on the left, goes around us on the left-hand shoulder, took out our mirror and rubbed our side and thankfully we kept control,” driver Scott Perry said.

Adams County tried to rein him in with stop-sticks.

“There was three attempts to stop-stick him at this point. All three attempts failed,” Nall said.

The last collision caused another vehicle to rollover and that’s what stopped his pickup. It was transported back to Lincoln County.

Here are some additional details from another article:

That construction company is lucky there were no fatalities. Hopefully they will be fined and sued out of existence and the owners tossed into jail. The truck belonged to Aguirre-Vasquez's employer, a construction company that did not know the vehicle was missing.

Here's to the construction company being fined and sued out of existence, and its owners/managers being tossed into jail right alongside their illegal employees.

....bottle slinging illegal alien....tossing beer bottles out of his company’s pickup while he was driving.

I hope these beer bottles were not opened.

Driving with an open container of an alcoholic beverage is ILLEGAL!

If he is illegal alien, how is he a Texas man?

I wouldn't deport him again. I'd put him in jail, and send the bill to Mexico (or to La Raza).

People like this guy have no respect for the US or its people. When you let groups like La Raza promote a view that the American southwest belongs to Mexico, and let liberal jerks call it racist to want to protect our borders, you encourage people like this. Obama and his moronic liberal fellow travelers think that we deserve the anti-American hatred that some have, and that the way to fix this is to bend over and sell out the US. The way to fix it is to stay as strong as possible, continue to be the charitable nation that we have been (though more discerning), and to challenge and refute anti-American crap aggressively. No apologies.

He was probably just trying to keep from dying of boredom as he got near Denver from the Kansas border.

And, no, a small construction company doesn’t know where all of its trucks are each evening.

Why wouldn’t they try to take the Southwest? All they have to do is breed Americans out of existance and we are encouraging them to do it with free medical care, food, shelter and laws that won’t allow people to question their illegal existance here.

They are nothing more than a cancer that is not treated but given everything needed to flourish here.

In Colorado, it is more of a stigma to be from Texas than to be a illegal.

Old Colorado saying, “if God had intended Texans to ski, he would have made bull$hit white.”

1) He’s not a Texa man. He’s an illegal alien from whatever third world hell hole.

2) Colorado blamed him for three accidents during a high speed three hour chase. Wrong. It’s the cops’ fault for the three accidents because they failed to stop him for THREE hours. Run him off the road or throw down some spikes and be done with it. He and they all were hazards to other innocent people on the road.

3) People were injured because of Obama, Congress and ICE not securing the border, not scaring him enough the last time he was deported to not come back and for not fining the truck owner for hiring him and probably other illegals. They might also want to check the owner’s citizenship while they’re at it.

Amen, make sure that construction company has to take cabs back and forth from work, when the owners get out of jail.

It happened on a Saturday when construction companies tend to be closed. The employer just may dodge the beer bottle on this one.

When throwing an empty beer bottle out a vehicle window, it is always good NOT to hit a police cruiser.
