The talk show guys can safely focus on the Hawaii security issue that Arpaio brings up. By making that the main focus, the postturtle’s citizenship can be worked in.
Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8 - Certificates for children born out of state.
Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate provided proof has been submitted that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
Arpaio and his investigators say that this statute could provide a loophole to allow foreign born children to gain U.S. citizenship.
The media cannot dismiss a state stature. Some journalist might even get curious and take the next logical step.
Hmmm? That’s an idea. He did say in one of his videos that England has open access to birth records.
