IIRC “Pee Wee” was staying at his parents when he got himself into trouble.
Not that such is a good excuse, but it wasn’t a matter of him not having a DVD player (was it VCR back then?), or a computer on hand.
July 1991 DVD players were still in the future.........computers were 80386 20 MHz machines and CD was the new thing in music..............
