On Good Morning America, ABC News' Brian Ross and George Stephanolpoulos suggested that the Tea Party might be connected to the mass shootings early this morning in an Aurora, CO theater during a screening of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises. The mainstream media attempted to blame the Tea Party for the Tuscon shootings in January 2011, shortly after Republicans swept the midterm elections. Now, in the critical 2012 elections, the mainstream media seems poised to do the same--and ABC News has led the way.
Here is the exchange between reporter Brian Ross and host George Stephanopoulos about apparent suspect James Holmes:

These people belong in an lunatic asylum.
He is probably going to turn out to be a mental patient, that crosses the whole political spectrum.
Even if it is proven to not be the same James Holmes, they will keep saying that this was the initial thought, that he was a tea party activist.
It would have been a Tea Party member that would have had the courage to tackle that killer and stop the killing at risk of his/her own life.
“George Stephanolpoulos suggested that the Tea Party might be connected”
ABC should be able to be sued for that because that is not reporting.
ABC isn’t Joe citizen on a forum speculating, they have a responsibility to be fact based.
Clinton’s ex-toadie does it again. Connects the dots when there is no connection.
Wow...way past time to start sueing these companies and individuals for slander.
From the very ABC “reporter” who lied to America
claiming the Moslem Obama was a Christian at the
very moment that the Tyrant was declaring otherwise.
Have they blamed Sarah Palin yet?
Yep... and we’re off and running with the accusations. All they have to do is make the peripheral insinuation, and the narrative takes care of itself.
I hate the liberal media almost as much as I hate Obama.
I strongly suggest that Stephanopolis and Brian Ross and the rest of the ‘good-morning-kiss-our-a$$’ crowd ABC are blood relatives of Hamas and every other subversive entity. Now, maybe that will ‘take’ like these two vermin hope the Tea Party blub does.
Tea Party should mount up a ‘class action law suit,” against the journalistic malpractice. They can scream free speech all they want, but when it is prejudiced, slander, non-factual crap...
At some point they CAN AND WILL BE SUED FOR LIBEL (and defamation if possible).......
I’m surprised. Shouldn’t they be blaming Sarah Palin?
He’s connecting the dots where there are no dots.........
I suppose it didn’t even occur to them that the extreme violence and garbage spewed out by their friends in Hollywood has nothing to do with it.
