Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., says probably the only way that the American public will get to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding Barack Obama’s birth records – and why a birth document would have been forged – is for Congress to investigate.
Arpaio, whose investigators just days ago held a news conference to report evidence confirms the birth certificate image released by the White House in 2011 is a fake, was discussing the issue with talk show host Peter Boyles of KHOW in Denver.
“The only way we’re going to get to the bottom of this … someone and I don’t know who, has to look into this and really make a full-fledged investigation and take everything we have and move forward,” Arpaio told Boyles.
“Who do I go to? The U.S. government? I’m in a box. [What we need is for] Congress to open up hearings, get a special prosecutor and let’s get with it,” he said.
“I’ve got enough smoke, or even fire, now,” he said.
The sheriff started looking into the situations last year after hundreds of tea party activists in his county came to him with concerns that Obama would use a fraudulent document, his birth certificate image that was posted on the White House website, to become a candidate for president on the Arizona ballot.
They were concerned a fraudulent document would be used in the election system in Arizona. In March, his investigators said there was probable cause to believe the document was a fake, and using it as an official document could constitute fraud.

As I said before its too bad Washington & its various federal employees could care less about the Constitution.
The only one i can even in vision taking action on this issue is a state denying him ballot access.
My father first signed up with Army after Pearl Harbor. Served overseas. When that tour was done, he signed up with Army Air Corps. After his death, my mother gave my husband my father’s old tool box. In the bottom, he found an Army Air Corps ring. Husband wears it oft times. They were great pals.

The chances that Congress even one controlled by the GOP, will investigate Obama’s fraud are about equal to the Pope converting to Islam. I think some GOP leaders may harbor suspicions about Obama’s legitimacy, but are scared of the constitutional crisis it would cause and are hoping that Obama is soundly defeated and the whole thing just goes away.

Those in congress who would proceed with an investigation could not be called “racists”. They simply respond to the charges by saying, “Hey, I don’t like the white half either”. Also, Obama is NOT black. That is a falsehood perpetrated on the American Public by the media and the Democrat Party. Obama is a “mulatto”. If you doubt what I say, look up the definition of “mulatto” in the dictionary.
,,,, that white half bit won’t pass muster ,,, you know the mean streak media will only refer to the black half while Fox will avoid the issue like the plague . Mulatto is a word that will not be used by ANY news ageny describing 0bama even though that’s what he is. They need him to be BLACK and black he will remain in thier eyes and it’s the view that the mean streak media will take on the investigation of the birth certificate that any congressional rep. most fears . It’s the fear of the press that congress can’t get past .
That would work if other public officials would do their jobs, but unfortunately, they are not doing their duty.
