The law, which was cleared by the upper house of parliament earlier in July, will force non-governmental organizations (NGOs) engaging in "political activity" to register with the Justice Ministry as "foreign agents" and to file a report to officials every quarter.

“Human rightsers” in Russia, Serbia, Poland, and elsewhere ARE foreign agents!!!!

They’re pretty subversive in our country, too, even if they’re not quite “foreign” agents. For example, they usually work hand in glove with muslim fifth columnists.

LibDems: bill tagging NGO’s ‘foreign agents’ is reasonable - July 05, 2012 - Zhirinovsky called the bill a “very necessary” one and stated that it should have been adopted earlier.

“There is no country in the world more democratic than Russia,” the LDPR leader pointed out.
