NOM, the National Organization For Marriage, today announced it is joining Mike Huckabees National Eat At Chick-Fil-A Day, to support the $4.5 billion Christian fast-food giant under scrutiny by LGBT organizations and equality allies for its anti-gay policies.

My mother-in-law and I will be at the Chick Fil A Dwarf House in Newnan this coming Wednesday. She is excited to be able to take a stand for what she believes in.
Was aware of their Christian ownership, but not their stand on marriage. I will drive out of my way to patronize them from now on.
I’ve never been. I plan on going soon.
I eat there every Sunday.
“Recently, Chick-Fil-A president and COO Dan Cathy said he was guilty as charged for attacking same-sex marriage and suggesting gay people dont have families.”
He did no such thing. This is a completely false report! An outright lie, in fact! What he said was he was guilty as charged for believing in biblical marriage. He did not “attack” gay marriage (which, by the way, is a non-sequitor)and he did NOT suggest gay people don’t have families.
Oh, really!
Must be awfully lonesome just sitting in your car waiting for something to happen—LOL!
I don’t know of any here in Indiana, but if they were here I would go.
Liar, liar pants on fire.
Interesting comment.
As far as I know, this company is NOT open on Sunday so employees can go to church if they wish.
Want to be 1st in line for Monday Ay? Oder for me please. They have a great spicy chicken sand.

Unfortunately, none near where I live.
They're pretty much as far away from San Francisco as possible. :)
There is actually one at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. We ate there.
The only one by me is in a local University. I think I’m going to find it.
27 locations in Indiana, see the locator link below
Pity you had to link to a homosexual website to find it. But I do intend to be a patron of Chick-Fil-A.
LOL
Fed my whole family yesterday, for $43.15.
Here in our town, Chick-fil-A is very successful. They are closed on Sunday. They are packed every other day.
The food is great. The employees are well trained and very friendly. It is a family oriented eating place.
The owner/manager is an elected member of our local Board of Education. He supports a lot of activities locally. Lots of churches, schools, etc. have fundraisers there where a portion of the purchases is given to the non-profit group.
I eat there often and I plan to eat there on Wednesday.
Well, ANYONE knows that the noms are pretty darned good at Chik-Fil-A. . . (grin)
Should we thank that website for letting us know about it? :-)
What "anti-gay" policies? They just contribute to Focus on the Family and things like that, but I'm sure they don't refuse to hire homos, or refuse to server them (how would they know without asking? And I know they don't as that!).
And my wife Judy and I will be having lunch at the Chick-Fil-A at Thomas Crossroads tomorrow after church.
"serve" them....
sorry.....forgot that they aren’t open on Sunday. Will make it Monday then.....
Chick-Fila easily could have made this public announcement of their leadership’s private views as a way of saying “Christians, you’re not alone”. Then Christians know that they have a place to work and enjoy without GBLTA insanity, while Chick-Fila hosts more church meets, VBS and family gatherings by those who know Chick-Fila is safe.
Or it could be pure marketing to say it now, given how JCPenny’s sales tanked after two “Dads” in a Father’s day ad. Draw in all the people who are leaving restaurants more concerned with political correctness than customer views.
Of course they have no “anti gay policies”. Try telling that to the rainbow advocates. If you are not for same sex marriage, you are anit-gay and a bigot. It is the standard and the final measure. Of course it is illogical and insane, but they don’t know nor care.
In their mindset, being happy that one was conceived via natural means and raised by a both a father and a mother who were married to each other is “anti-gay!” and “homophobic!”
I live in Seattle where there are NO Chick-Fil_A eateries.
Thanks for the background information.
Having the corporate leadership say “yeah, traditional marriage” is apparently anti-gay.
No stores in Seattle :>(
There will be consternation in chickendom.
If you have to eat fast-food, Chick-0-fillet is the best.
I know. I do not think there are any in the New York City area where I live either.
Had a late lunch there today to support the cause. Even though it was around 3PM, there were still quite a bit of folks there including Asians, Blacks and Hispanics. Guess they didn’t get the memo that “gays are a racial minority” that the left keeps trying to push.
They should be praised but not in Boston
It’s the same “logic” they use when they say that not paying for contraception is “war on women”.
Because not giving people everything they want for free is the same as waging war on them, or something.
BUT ....
I know they're a Christian owned business, they adhere to Christian principles, and I feel like it's my duty to support them. Too bad tomorrow's Sunday and they're closed, but I'll make it a point to eat there sometime this week and let them know I appreciate what they're doing.
We either support the business' that support our cause, or shame on us. That's just how I feel about it.
My wife and I discovered Chick Fil-A just before the GIBLETS threatened with their kiss-ins and chants of “If you’re eating Chick Fil-A, you’re eating anti-gay!!!”
We go there for dinner at least once a week now. The food is great, the service is great, and yes we like their religious stand & their CEO’s politics, thank you faggies very much!
If believing that marriage is a man and a woman united in vows of matrimony & commitment is enough to make one anti-gay, then I say SO WHAT!!?
I’m sick of these fascistic pervs! Sick of them!
):^(
... just got back. Ate a straight chicken. I was happy.
They’re closed on Sundays
Also... all politics aside.. they are one of the best quality "fast food" places around
Besides is it really news Gay men don't like Chicks?
LOL...now that's the spirit.
And yet, the leader of NOM has consistently helped cover up for Mitt Romney, the father of homosexual fake “marriage” in Massachusetts.
This is all just another political stunt, meant to help feed their fund-raising operations.
Menu looks pretty good where I live, something for everyone

Because not giving people everything they want for free is the same as waging war on them, or something.
I can't quite explain why, but that attitude is quite common. When the Greek government had to cut back a little, which group got violent? When any government tries to cut back a little, which groups unveil the violence?
That's why more than a few people around here expect widespread looting and pillaging should the economy collapse and the welfare checks bounce. I can't put my finger on why, but it's as if the leftists see welfare and other government (taxpayer) funds that get put in their hands as the spoils of victory.
Sidebar: when throwing the first punch is generally frowned upon, people who want to anyway concoct excuses. The standard rationale has always been, "he was sure going to hit me so I hit him back first."
I know.
Indeed. It would be like saying if a kosher deli does not serve free ham sandwiches then it’s “anti-Gentile”.
They are not open on sunday
