You do realize that every case you mentioned was a federal case?
As I understand it, this investigation is led by local law enforcement. Local. Boots on the ground, not in an office in Washington.
Give these guys some credit. I think they can handle it, and better without a nation full of noses in their business.
They were so busy high fiving and patting themselves on the back about "all they were going through" and their "quick response", that they let the families of the dead hang for 19 hours.
